Constraction reviews in Burien, Washington

Super great company! The crew are very humble and friendly, the owner gave great strategic ideas to help us move forward with our home projects. They also provide great value for the cost of everything that got done ✅ I will continue to use this company for our next project!

Ive used JD and the team on several projects from a complete basement renovation to exterior paint and odd jobs. They are always responsive, professional, trustworthy, hard working and competitively priced. Definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with JD Remodeling. The work Javier and team did to our kitchen/dining room turned out better then we could have imagined. We would hire them again for future projects.

We are so happy with the work Javier and his professional team did on finishing out our basement. Such a transformation in a few weeks! Definitely recommend them for your remodeling needs.

We have used JD Remodeling on several occasions over the last couple of years and rate their work and approach highly. They are consultative, creative, really helpful and very responsive. Thank you to the team for helping us achieve our vision for our property.

Javier and his team helped remodel our bathrooms and yard, and paint the interior. His team is very attentive to our needs and feedback, and completed their work on time. The price is very reasonable. I’ll use their service again for my other remodeling projects.

Really appreciated the work JD Remodeling did for us. They came as a recommendation and they were fast, thorough, and kept quality of work top of mind.

Javier was great to work with! His crew painted the exterior of our home. He was very reasonably priced, quick, and easy to communicate with. He listened to our concerns and was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Javier & his team did a fantastic job! They turned our dingy, dungeon-like basement bathroom into something from a design magazine! They gave me everything I asked for & they were so kind & professional throughout the entire project! We will definitely use them again in the future!

They had a crew working on our house for two weeks. We are very happy with the painting and Jorge was always available immediately for a call or to come talk to the crew.

Taking off one star only because you do need to pay attention to the work. We hadn’t expected them to paint some unpainted cedar on the porch and by the time we saw the primer it was too late. Also some windows were painted shut but they quickly fixed that when we pointed it out.

Javier and his team were absolutely amazing! JD Remodeling Construction worked on my kitchen remodeling last February 2022. Because of their good quality and value for money I hired them again for our bathroom renovation project last month! They torn down my old kitchen bathroom and made it into a zen place for us. I absolutely love the skylight adding more lighting which we definitely need in Seattle.

They were the best in the Seattle area! I couldn’t get any other contractors to beat their offer! JD is insured and bonded, you can check it in the Washington state government web.

Congratulations JD Remodeling!
Good value for money and quality of work!

Shoutout to Alex! The MVP! Multi skilled Valuable Person! Also to Walter, David & Oldbin!! Thanks to Javier ofcourse and Ruth! Gracias! JD Remodeling Construction. Until out next project hopefully next year!

Javier and his team did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen. He came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint! His pricing was awesome and his crew got the job done with impressive timing. He was very willing to work on any little details we asked to be touched up on, making the whole experience easy and wonderful. I’d highly recommend him and his business to anyone!

JD Remodeling did a beautiful job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. They also did exterior and interior painting. Javier and his team got the demo and addition done in no time at all, and installed hardwoods and cabinets. Due to Covid we had some delays in deliveries of some items so some things took a bit longer than it would have in a non pandemic time. But this was no fault of theirs. When things were about done we had a punch list of small details we wanted to be done and they came in and got it all done quickly. We are happy with our beautiful new kitchen and bathroom! Our hot water heater also died while they were here working and they installed a new one in less than 24 hours. We are happy with our decision to hire JD Remodeling.

Javier and his team did a wonderful job on my remodel. Very clear on the pricing and great job following up as the process moved along. I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome and have already started recommending them to all my friends.

We hired JD to paint our house exterior, repair siding and install handrails. In an age where most Seattle contractors charge ridiculously high prices, their quote was reasonable and the team delivered high quality work. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They started work on time and were respectful of our needs. I will work with them for all future projects based on this experience.

We had Javier and his team remodel an old farm house in West Seattle, including a completely new upstairs bathroom, new kitchen countertops, new carpets in the bedrooms, new floors in the kitchen, dining, and breakfast nook, new toilet and countertop in the main floor half bath. They were responsive to our questions and listened to our concerns about new or unexpected things that popped up. His team members are skilled and did a great job. I have no hesitation in recommending JD Remodeling and Construction.

Would highly recommend working with Javier and his professional team.
You never know what you get with contractors so even after research I hired JD Remodeling for a small bathroom remodel job to gauge the quality of work.
He was extremely accommodating, completed the job quicker than expected and had insight on errors in our design and we were able to make improvements on the fly.
Ended up hiring him for many other parts of the full remodel and was not disappointed.
I have already recommended them to a real estate colleague and will be using their services when clients ask for recommendations.
I hope they have time for remodeling my next project when their stellar reputation gets them booked...
10/10 anyday

JD Remodeling did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel. The work quality was excellent, they responded quickly and did the work in just a few days, they were very flexible and responsive to my requests, and were a real pleasure to do business with. The cost was very reasonable. The project included floor demolition and new floor installation, plumbing of new fixtures, electrical work for new lighting, and painting. I would definitely hire them again.

We’ve used JD Remodeling for 3 different projects now and have loved each experience. They painted the exterior of our home and did an incredible job. Javier made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and wanted to make sure we were happy with the end product.

Next they replaced the elevated front deck on our house and once again did exceptional work. They were timely and professional and built everything just how we wanted it. We used a different company for our back deck prior to having the front deck done and I highly preferred our experience with JD Remodeling.

We’re currently having them do some interior drywall work and we are already loving how it’s turning out. Great attention to detail, great customer service, and great value.

I would highly recommend this company (and have whenever friends/family/or neighbors ask).

Javier and his team are really great people and do awesome work. I will absolutely use JD remodeling for any future needs and I have already recommended him to a neighbor. They replaced 10 rotting exposed roof beams about 35 feet in the air and made sure the beams won’t be exposed and rot again, then replaced the facia board up there, and painted everything. They left the yard where they worked clean and tidy. Very hard workers, I was super impressed.

JD Remodeling did a great job adding floor framing and extend a room in my house. The crew showed up as scheduled and finished the work on time. Javier was easy to communicate with and always willing to execute exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.
