Constraction reviews in Burien, Washington

I needed some interior walls moved to make my kitchen more functional, and because appliances needed rearranging both electrical and hood fan venting also needed moving. JD remodeling got the job done in 3 days, they were fast and affordable. They were able to work within my limited budget, and finished on time.

I plan to use them again for a few other small projects.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism displayed by JD Remodeling and Construction and the entire team. They completed our window installation and deck project efficiently, adhered to the budget and timeline, and were open to us communicating requests on how we’d like some things to get done along the way. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and we would highly recommend their services.

Javier and his team did a full bathroom remodel and they are amazing to work with!... Highly recommend them and will be using JD Remodeling again very soon!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Javier and his team at JD Remodeling on a complete bedroom and bathroom remodel, and I cannot express how delighted I am with the outcome. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional.

From the outset, Javier and his team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. They took the time to listen to my ideas and requirements, and their team provided valuable insights and suggestions to ensure that my vision for the bathroom was not only met but exceeded.

The project was completed within the promised timeframe, and I was particularly impressed by their commitment to keeping the workspace clean and tidy throughout the construction process. Their team was always punctual, and I appreciated their open and transparent communication, which helped me stay informed and involved at every stage of the project.

Additionally, JD Remodeling Construction was incredibly budget-conscious. They provided a detailed estimate upfront and stuck to it, even when unexpected challenges arose. This transparency and their ability to stay within budget were truly commendable.

In the end, my new bathroom far exceeded my expectations. The quality of their work, attention to detail, commitment to staying on budget, and their exceptional customer service all combined to make this bathroom remodel project a remarkable success. I would not hesitate to recommend [Javier and his team to anyone seeking a reliable and highly skilled construction company. They turned my vision into reality, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Javier, Rico and the crew completed a kitchen and 3x bathroom remodel for us in June 2024. The team was respectful, kept our place clean amidst all of the construction dust, communicative, easy to work with and professional.

We wanted to pick out tile and chose a non-standard color of cabinets. They were accommodating to our vision and brought it all together in a very timely turn around at a fair price.

Our project included new cabinets, counters, tile, pantry remodel & window replacements. All look really good and we are happy with the final product.

JD Remodeling came highly recommended by word of mouth- I'll gladly add to that. Hire these guys, their great!

JD Remodeling Construction just finished a bathroom addition at our home in Seattle. Alex, Rico, Javier and the rest of the crew were awesome from start to finish. Javier gave a fair bid for the work that needed to be done, they showed up when they said they would, got to work right away and the project was done before the anticipated finish date. The quality of work was exceptional, and the bathroom looks great. The crew was very respectful of our home as well. We provided them with a key and full unsupervised access. Each day our house was locked up safe. They cleaned up the construction mess on the last day and the house was left in great shape. We are so thankful to Javier for being willing to take on our project before the end of the year. I definitely recommend this company for any work you need to have completed. Top notch company in every way!

We had a fantastic experience working with JD Remodeling and his team. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

One of the things we appreciated the most was their punctuality, professionalism and respect. Communication was open throughout the project, and they provided clear pros and cons for every decision we had to make, which helped us feel confident in our choices.

The project was completed on time and within budget, with only a slight increase of about 5% due to new additions we requested. The attention to detail in the final result was outstanding, and there was always a senior team member on-site to oversee the work and ensure everything met high standards.

Overall, we highly recommend Javier and his tram for anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented contractor who values quality and client satisfaction.

I called JD Remodeling Construction because I had to fire the contractor I was working with.
Javier and his crew came in, fixed all the MESS the previous contractor created. And completed the job in no time. I was so grateful. The price was great and with how quick they did the work I would and have been recommending them to everyone and anyone who asks or I hear is looking for a contractor.
Really no joke there great.

The crew at JD Remodeling removed the old sliding door and windows and opened up the wall to install a new header. Then when the door was installed that promptly returned and fixed all the drywall and siding. Repainted and figured out some tricky trim work. The project has transformed my living room and deck. They worked well to get the project done to my specifications and tight timing with the door delivery and install. I'd totally recommend them.

JD remodeling has once again proven their excellence. This was my second time hiring them, having previously enlisted their services to add a full bedroom and finish my attic. This time, they completely refinished my kitchen to perfection. Javier and his team consistently deliver top-notch work, making them my go-to choice for any remodeling project. Highly recommended for their professionalism, affordability, and impeccable results.

We worked with JD construction on a bathroom addition to our home and a perimeter gate/ fence.
We talked to lots of contractors to get quotes. And JD was the only person who came into our home and actually heard what we said. He got out a piece of paper and started drawing what we wanted. He didn’t ask for us to get an architect or tell us we had to build some plan ourselves like everyone else did. The materials used were top-of-the-line and his crew was absolutely excellent. The quality of work is above and beyond what we could’ve possibly imagine. It feels like we have a new home.

I had a leaking tub & they were able to fit the repair into their schedule quickly. The team is easy to work with, did a great job & were professional. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I have hired JD Remodeling for numerous jobs -kitchen remodel, deck build, fence reconstruction. They are amazing in terms of speed — one week turnaround at most. JD is also an ethical man. The insurance company engineer and plumbers missed a broken pipe. He discovered it, apologized and did the re-work — including replacing the broken pipe. It was not in the SOW. He is also extremely economical. The pictures attached are a sunshine basement converted into a master bedroom. I wanted to save some cash and paint it myself.

JD modeling did a good job with our dry wall installation and Carlos was very responsive in all our communication. The final finishing and the final clean up could have been better. There were paint spots that we had to clean ourselves.

Excellent work by JD Remodeling Construction on a major $100,000 remodel of my Seattle condo. Javier and his crew provided high quality work, including removing two non-load bearing walls, extending out the kitchen, extending out the bathrooms, putting in new kitchen and bathroom fixtures, putting in new flooring and painting all the walls. Also, they completed the project in a timely manner. This is the third project that my son and I have used JD Remodeling, and we have been very happy with the results each time.

I recently had my kitchen fully remodeled by JD Remodeling and I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND this company!!!! A few things I really enjoyed:

1. TIMELY!!! - They finished the project well before it was promised
2. Communication - I was aware of what was happening every step of the way.
3. Quality - the level of work done and the attention to details was a huge plus.
4. Cleanliness - the workplace was clean and they were respectful of our space.
5. Pricing - worth every penny we spent on this project! From all the quotes I got they are very much worth the price.

Absolutely amazing crew to work with! Can’t say enough good things about these guys. They worked very closely with us to create such a beautiful space. Listened carefully to all of the details of our project. Took the time to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Communication was easy and timeline was fulfilled. We will definitely have them back for our next project. Javier and his entire crew are top notch!
