This team was excellent to work with. Josiah and his crew showed up on time, they were mindful of other items in the yard and clearly communicated with me. The clean up was outstanding and all debris removed, I appreciated the attention to detail like covering our new wooden gate with a tarp so as not to scratch it—details matter. We will surely contact Josiah and his team again when we are ready for more work to be done!

Needed some trees cut on a hillside that I knew was going to be a very difficult job. From day one interaction, to completion of job, Josiah was nothing but professional and courteous. Showed up promptly on time and completed in time stated. Very skilled and knowledgeable about work being performed. Would definitely use again for my tree needs.

Josiah and his amazing crew were extremely diligent in their cutting and removing of our large (5’ in diameter) cedar tree that had died. They also had multiple climbers and a bucket truck to make short work of another huge cedar tree trimming dead branches and crisscrossing limbs for the health, vitality and beauty of the tree. It’s a totally different atmosphere from before and we are all so happy with their work! Also their prices.

Josiah is great! Super knowledgeable and nice. Listened to my mom’s concerns and did everything she asked and then some, plus gave her advice. Knew all relevant laws and what heights things needed to be trimmed to. Price was fair and reasonable especially considering the quality of work done, expediently and tidily. We will be repeat customers.

Tree removal with Spring Tree was so convenient and a great value. Their price was more than fair, they were fast and did a great job. I especially appreciate this because it kept my husband from entertaining delusional thoughts of doing this himself. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Absolutely terrible experience with Platinum Cleaning Services (12249 10th Ave S, Burien, Washington).

This company pushes a “green cleaning” image, yet we found harsh chemical products dumped in our dumpster afterward that were clearly anything but environmentally friendly. If you’re going to market yourself as eco-conscious, maybe don’t leave evidence behind "suggesting" otherwise.

The professionalism of these people, or lack there of, is somehow even worse than the cleaning itself. The crew was loud, disruptive, and carried themselves more like a group of wannabe club promoters trying to look hard than people hired to work in a professional office environment. They were making so much noise late into the night that neighboring businesses actually came over asking us what kind of “banger” or after-hours party we were throwing (so embarrassing).

That level of disturbance from a cleaning company is ridiculous.

And honestly, go Google their office location/photos yourself (12249 10th Ave S, Burien, Washington). The whole vibe feels bizarrely over-the-top and sketchy for a company supposedly focused on professional green commercial cleaning services.

WHAT KIND OF CLEANING SERVICE HAS A JACUZZI * STROBE LIGHTS IN THEIR FRONT YARD? SERIOUSLY? I CAN ONLY THINK OF ONE KIND OF BUSINESS THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS PLACE AND IT GIVES ALL KIND OF "ICK" AND MAKES ME WANT TO SHOWER

The office wasn’t cleaned to the standard promised, the staff behavior was embarrassing, and the entire experience felt amateur from start to finish. Between the misleading “green” claims and the unprofessional atmosphere they brought into the building, overcharges, wastes of time, things promised but not done, we will never use this company again.

Strongly do not recommend.
