Ryan and Cody did an amazing job pressure washing my house, roof, drive way and deck. I appreciate the fact that they took their time and paid attention to detailed areas that needed a little more care. Both gentlemen were very courteous and respectful and both a delight to chat with. Both went above and beyond my expectations and it shows in the quality of work done. My house looks AMAZING! Ryan communicated scope of work and kept us informed of estimated arrival time. Gutters are clean and sparkle! No more stains and plan to switch over from the big company on hire to have Ryan and team take on the annual job. Also had the roof treated for moss and patio/sidewalks pressure washed. Will be hiring Ryan for future jobs…they need to add that window cleaning service. 😊

I've used Emerald City twice now. This project was for four houses in a row in Lake Stevens, treating and soft washing siding for mildew, and one additional driveway.
Ryan is always professional and deeply courteous, pre-wetting plants to prevent any contamination issues, and covering wood and other vulnerable surfaces before working.
Outstanding work, and we'll continue to use him.

I don’t think my roof was THAT bad, but Ryan caught a whole lot of moss in his nets. Kept the neighbors yard clean as well as ours. My roof looks great and the gutters are clean. Thank you Ryan, I will tell everyone about Emerald City Power Washing!

Ryan was fantastic! He did an excellent job power washing around our home. He has a great eye for detail and was able to clean all of our problem spots. The house looks great and is ready for summer! Absolutely recommend and will be sure to hire him again for future needs.

Ryan did an exceptional job power washing our sidewalk, porches and patio. He was careful not to disturb our plants, and was able to make all our concrete surfaces look better than new! I am not a competitor — I am an actual consumer who purchased services through Groupon.

This company provided poor customer service from start to finish. After paying for services, they no-showed me twice. Their main business line does not work, leaving no way to communicate with them. I had to reach out to Groupon and open a support ticket just to try to get answers.

Once the company discovered I had contacted Groupon for assistance, they refused to service my apartment, even though I had already coordinated the move-out cleaning with them four days prior. When I spoke to someone today, I was told, “We will not service your place because you messed something up for us with Groupon.”

This was extremely unprofessional. After submitting my request online, I was even asked how much I paid for my Groupon. When I answered, the response was that it was 40% less than their normal price and they would “need to speak with the owners.” My response was simple: I paid the Groupon ad that they themselves posted, so this should not have been an issue.

Unfortunately, I was left scrambling on the day of my move-out with no cleaning service, despite having scheduled and confirmed days in advance. I have filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division.

⚠️ I do not recommend this company. While some people may have had good experiences, mine was unacceptable — unprofessional, unreliable, and dismissive.
