Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Conduct
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the cleaning service provided. Despite confirming the price twice over the phone, the crew who arrived refused to honor the agreed-upon quote, creating an immediate and frustrating start to the service. This lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable.

The quality of the cleaning itself was equally disappointing. The wood floors were left excessively wet, so much so that I was genuinely concerned about potential damage from swelling. Even after 30 minutes with windows and doors open, the floors remained dangerously damp.

Furthermore, for a move-out clean, several critical areas were completely missed or poorly done:

The oven was not cleaned at all.

Multiple kitchen drawers were untouched.

One of the windows and its tracks were left dirty.

The fronts of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not wiped down.

Considering the scope of work was already limited (no vacuuming, no wall wiping, only 6 windows, the oven, fridge, and 2.5 bathrooms), these omissions are inexcusable. It's clear that the job was rushed and lacked attention to detail.

I would strongly advise against hiring this cleaning company. Their failure to honor pricing and the poor quality of their work made for a highly frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I am not sure who the cleaners were that earned this company multiple 5-star reviews, but it was not the ones that showed up at my house today.

Furthermore when I sent photos time stamped I was called a liar. That there was no way they would have left something that dirty because the owner checked the fridge and was told I needed to be nicer to the people I hire to clean my home. If offering them water and asking if they needed anything while they were working then pointing out things they missed is being mean then I guess I am the wicked witch of the west. If they had booked the right amount of time for the job they would have not been rushed and when I tried to address missed things I was told they had another job to get to at 4:30 and needed to go. They were scheduled at 1 PM showed up at 1:12 PM and started bring their supplies in at 1:30 PM. Groupon had this feature listed as 4-5 hours depending on the condition.

I hired Bleitz Landworks to demolish and remove an old concrete walkway and patio area that were in pretty poor shape, and to replace with new concrete. Jacob and team did a terrific job. The pricing was very reasonable, I was always kept informed on the status of things, and their work was high-quality. I'm very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Bleitz!
