Jacob and his associate did a wonderful job creating a new area for a swing set and play area for our grandson. He graded and cleared the area - pulling stubborn bamboo - and brought in landscape timber, chips and beauty bark to create an attractive and perfect play area. He was very kind, professional and completed the work on time and on budget. I highly recommend him for any landscape project at your home.

Jacob and his team cleared my front yard of an old tree stump and old lawn with tree roots throughout the area. He constructed a low retaining wall on half of my yard. They leveled and brought in 2 loads of top soil in preparation of new sod. Jacob does excellent work for a fair price, easy to work with and showed up every day promptly at 8:30am. I will call him again to look at my next project.

My initial impressions of Jacob's work to add steps, a rockery retaining wall, and gravel walkways around our property was satisfactory. However, with time and experience, I've come to find it unsatisfactory and of poor craftsmanship. Three examples:

First, he did not lay any landscaping cloth underneath our new pathways. Within one season these pathways were overtaken with weeds. Attempting to remove the weeds only dispersed the gravel and in turn, obscured the pathways.

Second, Jacob laid rockery steps, but never secured the steps. They have since wobbled out of place, rendering them unsafe. We have two young children. I personally had to secure the steps so the stones remain in place and our kids do not accidentally dislodge a stone stair.

Third, the rockery retaining wall does not retain anything. The stones are not adequately stacked to brace the slope. They are laid at too gradual of an angle. I am unable to make use of the area above the wall for fear of loosening the rockery stones. My only recourse is removing all the stones and starting over.

I do not recommend this company.

Jacob and team were great to work with, very communicative through the entire process and very fair on pricing. The work was done efficiently and quickly, even through the pouring rain, and it exceeded our expectations.He humored us on all of our potential ideas and helped us work through them to make sure the best fit for us. I had an old, rotted garage in my backyard that needed to be demolished and removed. After contacting Bleitz, I was able to get a reasonable quote very quickly, and then get the work scheduled at a time convenient for me. I was impressed that they were able to remove all the debris by navigating a narrow driveway between my house and my neighbor's house without any issues. They took care to clean the site thoroughly without any debris left behind. I would recommend Bleitz Landworks to anyone who has a landscaping project, big or small, or even just a demolition project like mine. So happy to have the space in my yard back!

Great experience working with Bleitz. Communication was great, real-time adjustments to the project were handled gracefully, and they kindly let a neighbor kid check out the excavator. Price was not the highest, not the lowest. Very glad I went with this team. Quality work for a fair price.

Jacob and Bleitz Landworks did a large grading and hydroseed project, as well as built us a paver patio. Jacob is a great communicator, and he and his team worked diligently. The work was completed on time and we are very happy with the finished product. I will definitely hire them again if needs arise!

Jacob is amazing! The job we needed done was not a typical project. We cut down an overgrown bamboo patch and got rid of all the stalks on our own. So we needed the remaining stalks and roots in the ground dug up and removed. It started as a very small area and through the years grew to cover a 20'x30' forest. It looked great but needed to be dealt with. He came through, was very quick and friendly with the bid, which turned out to be the best one we got. I can't beleive a company bid us $5k higher on this 1 day job. So, the work was done, and Jacob was very professional and courteous. Would absolutely call him back for furhter needs, and highly recommend!

Jacob and Kyle were a great team. We had a sink hole in our back yard from a decommissioned septic. It's a small excavation job and they were wonderful to us. Their prices were very fair, but the customer service was exemplary. They knew I was nervous around the plants and they took extra care. They dug it out, filled it properly and they even planted grass you would never have known there was a hole there. I don't do this often, but I highly recommend Bleitz Landworks. Thank you so much

For years people have walked by my house and have stopped dead in their tracks to admire the exquisite aesthetics of my yard/garden. Often people take photos and sometimes, if I’m outside, walkers by will regard me as if I’m a celebrity, but I’m not. My gardeners Do a great job and that’s my secret.
I have had the guys coming to the house for years now and they help with other tasks. They isolated a woodpeckers new home, covered it and added an owl and snake to keep them away for good.
I can recommend these guys and I can also say that they’re dependable and reliable.

Raul and his team are such a pleasure to work with. There is no job they can't do. We have worked with Raul on a number of projects from backyard drainage, installing turf, landscaping, and designing and building a custom basketball court in our yard that turned out better than any of us imagined. Most recently Raul painted the interior of our house and installed new interior doors and custom trim. It looks like a brand, new house. In addition to Raul's impeccable work and work ethic, he and his team are just a joy to be around. We actually missed having them over every day once the basketball court was finished. Probably why we keep finding more projects for them to do!
