Reviews of local pros in Burien, Washington

Ryan visited our place and was able to assess the work and to provide a detailed estimate. After an initial misunderstanding, he renegotiated offering a good deal. For the work done, Ryan and the team delivered beyond expectations. Specifically, his flexibility to accommodate the clients' requests, the attention to the details, and the hard work demonstrated during the 2 days makes him exceptional. I am very pleased with the result and the process. I recommend him and I am considering to hire him for other tasks.

Ryan is very professional, good work ethic. Very clean and attentive to detail. He even told me the gutter guards were not installed at the very top which they suppose to by another company.

Best in the business. Would highly recommend!

Ryan was easy to communicate with and did a great job. He responded quickly to my initial contact and got the job done a few days later. He was flexible when the scope changed, and the cleaning was thorough, even on my steep and corrugated driveway. So nice to feel safe again on the slope!

Ryan and Emerald City Power Wash did a fabulous job at our home. The job was throughly and thoughtfully completed. It was done as advertised, on time, on budget. Ryan is extremely professional and experienced in many areas of residential home care.
Definitely plan on working with him in the future.

I had a patio pressure washed. It was a very good experience. The appointment was made quickly with sensitivity to my schedule. The man (name?) who arrived, was on time, very friendly and did an excellent job. The price was reasonable and within my budget. The man was especially helpful - replaced my patio furniture and also shared information on how best to remove unwanted weeds in the patio.

Ryan does an amazing job everytime we call him! He's cleaned our gutters, cleaned our roof, and has power washed for us on several occasions. He's even power washed things you wouldn't think needed it. Like our kid's wooden swing set.The before and after pictures are mind blowing! He's professional and works hard. I recommend him to all those needing what services he has to offer. You won't be disappointed!

Ryan has been my go to power washer for a number of years now. He is dependable and does a great job; highly recommended!

Ryan is great & he does great work. Very thorough! Any time we need power washing, we call him. Highly recommend.

EC has done a great job since we found them a few years ago. Reliable and finishes the projects on a timely basis.

I highly recommend Ryan and his Emerald City Power washing business to not only keep your house looking great but also to protect it as your biggest investment. He’s a masterful professional at his craft, honest, transparent and fair pricing & will do anything to ensure customer satisfaction. He did an amazing job cleaning our roof and gutters, and later came back and installed gutter guards for a fraction of the cost of the popular companies out there. For a job done right & peace of mind, Ryan is your man.

Zero complains! Ryan came out and did an absolute fantastic job. Highly recommend for roof and gutters.

Emerald City Power Washing is very easy to work with and efficient in getting the job done. I have used their services twice to clean my patio, and even though I reached out after a few years, they remembered me and my home from the previous time and gave me the same rate. They were prompt, communicative, friendly, professional and thorough. Appreciate having my patio ready for my spring blooms without any hassle. Thank you!

Ryan was great. He was very detailed in his work and went above and beyond trying to make everything look as good as he could. He was very friendly and communicative. We highly recommend hiring Ryan!

Ryan did a great job pressure washing. He cleaned up after he was done. Our place looks great. Will definitely use again.

Emerald City Power Washing did a fantastic job for us. They cleaned off the roof, pressure washed the metal roof & decks, & removed some staining on the siding. They are prompt, thorough, respectful & reasonably priced. This was our second time using them & we won’t hesitate to use them again.

I had my roof, gutters, and complete exterior of house power washed by Ryan of Emerald City Power Washing. Ryan was very polite, professional, and did excellent work. There are many Evergreen trees around us and that green pollen/moss was on everything. It's clean as a whistle now with no mess left behind. I would not hesitate to use Ryan again and I would recommend him to anyone...

Ryan and Courtney of Emerald City are great to work with. They are always quick to give a detailed affordable estimate and follow up with excellent attention to detail and a great result!

Emerald City Power Washing is a wonderful company to work with. Ryan came out to my house on time to give me a very fair estimate of the work I wanted done. He came back when he said he would to power wash my sidewalks and steps. He is very knowledgeable and works very efficiently. My sidewalks and steps look amazing. I highly recommend Emerald City Power Washing and will hire Ryan in the future.

Ryan and Cody did an amazing job pressure washing my house, roof, drive way and deck. I appreciate the fact that they took their time and paid attention to detailed areas that needed a little more care. Both gentlemen were very courteous and respectful and both a delight to chat with. Both went above and beyond my expectations and it shows in the quality of work done. My house looks AMAZING! Will be recommending to all of my friends and family and using there services in the near future! Thanks guys! ☺️❤️

Ryan communicated scope of work and kept us informed of estimated arrival time. Gutters are clean and sparkle! No more stains and plan to switch over from the big company on hire to have Ryan and team take on the annual job. Also had the roof treated for moss and patio/sidewalks pressure washed. Will be hiring Ryan for future jobs…they need to add that window cleaning service. 😊
I wish all my neighbors would hire Ryan…the neighborhood would shine! Thanks for all the hard work you do. Your work ethic is valued and appreciated.

I've used Emerald City twice now. This project was for four houses in a row in Lake Stevens, treating and soft washing siding for mildew, and one additional driveway.
Ryan is always professional and deeply courteous, pre-wetting plants to prevent any contamination issues, and covering wood and other vulnerable surfaces before working.
Outstanding work, and we'll continue to use him.
