Reviews of local pros in Burien, Washington

They did an awesome job! My roof and patio have never looked better.

Powerwashing, gutter cleaning and repair all were done promptly and professionally. Appreciated Ryan’s communication throughout the process.

I have used these guys multiple times, I really like the fact there care about the work they do, Power washed house and garage. Did my roof last year.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. My walk ways and steps are the cleanest they have ever been. I highly recommend Emerald City for all your power washing needs.

Awesome service and did exactly what they said they would do, for the right price!

I use this guy all the time for everything. He's quick, thorough, affordable and most importantly, on time. I almost don't want to review this guy because he might get too busy to help me out when I need him....but for all you looking for power washing or gutter cleaning service in the Seattle area, this is your guy. You're welcome.

I highly recommend Ryan at Emerald City Pressure Washing! He got rid of the moss on our roof and pressure washed our entire deck. Everything looks fabulous and he was wonderful to work with: nice, responsive, and professional.

They were fantastic. I've used different companies in the past for my two homes in the area and my commercial properties and I can honestly say that Ryan and his team are above average and far exceeded my expectations. They were the very best. I'll be using them in the future and recommending then to my friends, family and colleagues...

Ryan has been the best professional I've hired for pressure washing. He has been through and also let's you know what he would be doing and hints and suggestions for maintenance.Overall I was very happy with him and folks within my community appreciated the most
He is quite reasonable as well in-terms of pricing .

Ryan and Emerald City Power Washing did a fantastic job on my brick driveway and entry area! I’ve been in my home for about five years and during that time struggle to keep the weeds and dirt and discoloration at bay. Ryan was prompt, gave me a more than fair estimate in person and returned the next day as promised and worked incredibly hard. He is a detail person, and went above and beyond my expectations. My driveway looks incredible!

Ryan provided great service and value for the work performed. We even added on our driveway last minute and he was nice enough to squeeze that in. He gave us a very fair price and we are extremely happy with is work. Highly recommend and will use again when we need this type of service.

The Owner (Ryan) he was AMAZING!! - We were scheduled 2 weeks out and I got a call that the owners were going to come by within a week and walk my property - Called Ryan to see if you could at least pressure wash the walk ways. Within the next 2 days his crew were out - I was beyond impressed with him and his crew - I will continue to use him and refer his name out to my co-workers:-) Thank you Ryan for everything you're BEST:-)

Emerald City Power Washing was professional and helpful from the moment they picked up the phone. They were truly impressive and went way out of their way to do a thorough job and were very careful no cause zero damage.
