He worked quickly and efficiently. It seemed to me he knew exactly what to do. He was done in about an hour and the fridge has been working better than ever since. There is 2-year warranty period for the part and the labor. I could not be happier, and I am not easy to please. I gave him a tip and I rarely do that. I recommend this business highly!

They were highly communicative without being too much. They ordered the part I needed but it didn't complete the fix. I have A very particular schedule and they were very flexible. The second part came in and the guy worked diligently to fix the dishwasher but it was just not going to work which wasn't his fault. He really tried. But they refunded us for the parts etc because they weren't able to fix it.
