Reviews of local pros in Burien, Washington

Seattle Rapid Neighborhood Electricians showed up early and quickly figured out what was wrong with our smoke detector, which had been a problem ever since the house was built. They found an electrical box that was hidden behind drywall and installed a new AC powered smoke detector, fixing everything in less than an hour. The work was done fast, on time, and with great professionalism. I would definitely recommend their electrical services. Later, we called them again to install electrical outlets on our deck and help set up wiring for a pool pump. Even though the electrician who first quoted the job, Jay, was no longer with the company, the team still got the work done well and honored all commitments. There were a couple of small challenges, but they handled everything professionally and made sure we were satisfied. Their reliable work has made them my top pick for any electrical needs and I recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable electrician.

during a really warm stretch in burien, the breakers in our older building kept tripping, and the power company wasn't much help. ezra came out to take a look, was super friendly, and explained everything about the electrical panel. he gave some solid advice on what to do next and didn't try to charge me for stuff i didn't need. ezra definitely earned my trust, and i'll call him first for any electrical work from now on.

Brian and Melvin were extremely helpful, reliable, and friendly! They replaced our old light fixtures and updated the wiring throughout our house. The whole process was smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend their electrician services to anyone looking for quality work.

ezra was very responsive and professional. i had a simple electrical job and needed help figuring out some confusing wiring that the previous homeowner installed, which made some light switches shut off half the room instead of turning on the ceiling lights and fans. ezra was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed everything efficiently. the price was reasonable, too. if you need an electrician in burien, i definitely recommend giving them a call.

Seattle Rapid Neighborhood Electricians is the best electrician company we've worked with. Brian responded quickly when we asked for a quote to install recessed lighting in our home. He clearly explained what the job would involve and offered two different options in case we wanted extra lighting added during the installation. Brian also gave us a clear timeline for when the work would be scheduled. Before the project started, he checked in with us to make sure we were ready for the electricians to begin. On the day of the installation, Ezra and Melvin arrived right on time and were very polite and respectful of our home. They explained exactly how the lighting would be wired and got started right away. They worked very neatly, making minimal cuts in the ceiling. As they worked, I decided to add more recessed lights, and they were happy to handle the extra wiring and installation. When the job was finished, everything was spotless—there wasn't a bit of dust left behind. They also adjusted a ceiling fan in the living room and installed a new light/fan combo in the bedroom. The new recessed lighting has really brightened up our home, and we're very thankful for the great electrical work and professionalism from the team.

The pricing was fair and the service was excellent.
