refrigerator section of an over under went out, didn’t discover until Saturday Morning Ivan came out that afternoon, diagnosed the issue but due to being weekend and lack of the part had to return Monday morning to complete work. Everything was done quickly and in a professional manner. Ivan was personable and friendly and treated my property with care. Will use them again if some other appliance dies (hopefully not) I would wholeheartedly recommend them

Easy to make a timely appointment.Repairman knowledgeable, friendly and listened to what I told him about what was happening with the dryer.
He then proceeded to quickly fix the problem.
They also back up their work, and will return if needed at no cost to the customer.

I sent in a request for someone to come out and look at my dryer and they called me back within minutes of the request being made. The tech came out and was very knowledgeable about the appliance I needed fixed. He talked me through what was going on with it and how it needed to be fixed. I would recommend this company

We are thrilled with the same-day service provided by Ivan today. Ivan carefully explained the issues with our elderly KitchenAid refrigerator, replaced the faulty relay switch, cleaned the dust from the coils, unplugged the drain tube and even helped me to mop up the thawed berries from inside the freezer.
We have found our new repairman.

After the ice maker on our Samsung refrigerator/freezer quit working for the fourth or fifth time I called Pacific Appliance Solutions and Ivan came out the same day and said that the ice maker would need to be replaced and that he could be back with the part in two days. The next day he texted that he had the part and was able to come out and replace it.
Throughout the process I was kept informed and he also showed me how to reset the alarms on the refrigerator (which those of you who have Samsung appliances know are not user friendly.
In the future when I have appliance repair needs, I will definitely call Pacific Appliance Solutions.

PAS was great! Had a tech out super fast to address the issue I was having with my dishwasher! Alex came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything in detail. He not only fixed the motor but made sure the dishwasher was level and too really good care of us! Definitely calling them again in the future!

We called in a panic after our washing machine broke and water leaked from the top floor to the bottom floor. Pacific Appliance Solution sent someone out within the hour. They determine the cause and got the parts so the washing machine was fixed by the next day.. We really appreciated their prompt and thorough service!

We were having issues with our free standing gas stove, so on 12/09/25 I called this company and got an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived in the promised window and did some trouble shooting. After checking and cleaning, he had it working. The technician, I believe his name was Dennis, was punctual, professional and personable. He kept the work area clean and organized.
This company is now in my phone list for any appliance issue we might have. They are very professional and reasonably priced.

Fridge went down, these guys were out next day. Tried their best to fix it, but when it turned out they couldn't, they didn't charge me for the parts or labor even though they installed some to tey to get it back up and running.

Had my oven go out a week later and they were there same day with parts in hand, had it fixed in about an hour.

I will absolutely use them again.

Two people came out to help me with my clothes dryer. Both were very good helping me comr up with a solution. Overall impressed with their skills and ability to troubleshoot problems and their ability to solve each problem
