We had 2 separate washer issues (a week apart) and both involved a lot of water flowing from the laundry room, to other areas of the house. Both times, they were out right away and were able to get parts replaced and everything up and running quickly. They were professional, friendly and made sure we understood the issues, process and pricing (which is very reasonable) along the way. I'll never look elsewhere for appliance repair needs; Pacific Appliance Solutions will always be my first call!

Our dryer stopped working, and Anton came the same day and fixed it in less than an hour. He was very friendly and explained how everything works and why the price was what it was.

Ilia was great. He was able to come evaluate our oven on the same day that I reached out to make an appointment. He was polite and efficient and got the oven working again very quickly. We would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Ivan was great. Fridge died on Saturday. Ivan arrived Sat. afternoon and spent several hours implementing a temporary fix until Monday when replacement part could be obtained. He was here before 9 on Monday and fridge was shortly repaired. Great experience and will use again.

The company responded to me right away and was able to come out to our house the same day. They communicated an expected repair timeline to set our expectations. The hot water had been fixed and is working well! I would use this company again!

Our tech Sergei showed up promptly and was ready to get to the bottom of our problem. When he didn't have the part on hand, he returned on a Saturday to make sure the job was done right. The main office communicated well with us and everyone was super professional. Incredible service. My dryer stopped drying early Friday, they were able to come and fix same day. Replaced my heating element for a super reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

They responded quickly and even sent a text when on the way. Alexander was very professional. He went thru my almost 18 year old dryer for about 1/2 hour replacing and testing one thing after another, checking connections. Unfortunately it was the control panel which did not make sense to replace with it being so old. I was impressed and recommend this company.

Got an appointment the very next day, which was a huge plus. The serviceman was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful he explained everything clearly without ever sounding condescending. He even went the extra mile and showed me some preventative measures for my refrigerator, which I really appreciated. Bonus points: even my dogs liked him. Highly recommend!

Technician was on time and stayed late until he figure out what the problem was. It was a unit that was out of production but he found the parts and now it works perfectly!

The first place we called didn’t service Sharp microwaves. But Nicoli from Pacific Appliance Solutions came to our rescue. He diagnosed the issue correctly, ordered the magnetron, and returned in less than a week. Nicoli was extremely professional and polite. He kept us informed about when the part would come in and was back out to our house just a few hours after the part arrived. Top notch customer service, successful implementation, friendly and kind. Thursday afternoon when I went into the freezer, I noticed my bananas were mush. My refrigerator wasn’t even three years old.
I am new to the area and really didn’t know who to contact. I am in East Vancouver, so I picked PAS Because they were in Camas, only 2 miles from me. I think I called them around 3:30 in the afternoon and Sergei was here by 5pm.
He checked everything… It wasn’t the compressor, Turned out that it might’ve been my fault for not keeping the front grill at the base of the refrigerator brushed clean of dust. The dust had blocked air from getting to the coils.
By the end of his visit on Thursday evening, the refrigerator was running and starting to cool down.
He said he would return the next morning to check the refrigerator.
The fridge was cold and the freezer was freezing things when I got up the next morning. I did notice that the water dispenser was not working.
Sergei was here at nine And check the refrigerator over and fix the water dispenser.
He was professional and efficient. … Also very pleasant to work with.
The price was very reasonable and he did not charge for the time spent to re-hook the water dispenser.

Refrigerator quit cooling and 24 hours later were up and running again. Ivan was great, had the part with him. We did have extra frig to keep things cold, that helped. We would highly recommend Pacific Appliance. Nice to shop local too.
