We use Lavender & Pine for our residential house cleaning turns. They are exceptional, cleaning all areas that other companies often skip, and getting those tough to clean areas - ovens, showers - sparkling. Diana is responsive and very reasonably priced.

Absolutely the best cleaning service in town. I am super picky and can be hyper aware of the details. I owned my own construction cleaning company and model home maintenance for 20 years, so the small details matter. I am retired now and overjoyed to have found Diana and her team. We hired this team for a move-out cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The level of detail was honestly impressive. Every single shelf was wiped down, every corner carefully cleaned. The refrigerator looked brand new — spotless inside and out, like it had just been delivered.

All surfaces were thoroughly cleaned, the entire space was vacuumed and washed with real attention to detail. The bathroom, especially the shower, was absolutely immaculate — all buildup completely removed and everything left sparkling.

You can tell they use professional-grade products and high-quality equipment. The team arrived fully prepared, worked efficiently and with great care. The house truly felt fresh and renewed — almost like moving into a brand-new home again.

We needed a small retaining wall completed as quickly as possible and Nova came right out, gave us a very professional and detailed bid within 15 minutes and scheduled their crew to come out the next day. They were respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job on the wall ..and it only took them about 3 hours They have an incredible communication/payment structure set up online through messaging that is top notch. Promptness and communication are very important to us and we will not hire anyone who lacks in this area. They are spendy, but the ease of the job, in its entirety, was so worth it. From beginning to end. We highly recommend this wonderful business!

We moved to a beautiful landscaped yard that was completely over grown at closing and Nova came and brought the yard back too life far beyond then what I imagined it too be!! We recently had outdoor steps installed and we’re honestly so happy with how everything turned out. They showed up right on time and worked hard the entire time they were here. You can really tell he cares about doing the job the right way and the steps look clean, level, and professionally done, and they completely changed the look of our yard. Nova Landscape did an awesome job on our entire project. They installed a new sprinkler system, turf, retaining wall, and a water feature with lighting — and everything turned out better than we expected.

We recently had a retaining wall, artificial grass, and irrigation installed, and we are beyond happy with the results! The team was professional, punctual, and very detail-oriented from start to finish. The retaining wall is solid and beautifully built, the artificial turf looks incredibly natural, and the irrigation system works perfectly.

Where to begin? We have more than seven acres of lawn and gardens, and thanks to Nathan and Zach, they have never looked so perfect. They even installed a towering antique, cast-iron fountain I bought in Europe and thought would remain in storage for the rest of my lazy life. I'm an author with sixteen bestselling books to my credit. I travel constantly, and Nathan has given me one of the most beautiful gardens I've seen in the world.

The owner wrote me and said he doesnt change his rates based on how busy he is - INSTEAD- Nathan now charges a MINIMUM of $550 for any job no matter how small.
He has priced himself completely out of the market. there are many other better options out there

They are also not that good at estimating. They price a job low when they need work and then can't finish it in the time they estimated.
