José and Jonathan did an excellent job on my windows and skylight! They were very dirty on the outside from having gutters removed earlier in the year and then being without gutters for two months due to the Pandemic closure. I have used a different company for over five years and felt their service was deteriorating over time so when Blue Phoenix was recommended, I wanted to try them. José provided an estimate right away but they were busy and I had to wait awhile, but it was worth it! I will definitely request them again, and will try their other services. They not only did a great job on the windows, but were careful of my home. All of the gold stars to José and Jonathan!

Excellent job!! My neighbors referred me to Blue Phoenix but I was hesitant as I have always done my own windows and felt that no one could do them as good as me. Instead of risking my life on the ladder I decided to use Blue Phoenix and am very happy that I did. They did quality work at a great price! Will definitely use them again!

I could not be more pleased with Jose and his son. They worked very hard and were very professional. They were respectful of the outside and the inside of our house. They took care not to damage anything. The price was very affordable too.

The windows are cleaner than I have ever seen them, inside, outside, tracks and screens. They also did our glass railing and cleaned all the moss off of the frame. Impeccable job. We will definitely have them back again.

Amazing transformation! After washing the windows myself several times, I has Jose and his team do them. The windows are so clear that we thought glass was missing in several of them ! These guys were worth it and we will definitely have them back year after year!

Jose brought a team of 3 to our home in Salmon Creek, WA, and he explained their thorough process of cleaning our 21 windows--- including vacuuming our vinyl window bases to remove dirt/dust, washing and drying the window bases to remove any mold or sticky residue, removing the screens for separate hand-washing, washing both the inside and outside of the windows, and using special tool to remove any pitch or bird poop residue outside and finishing with a final inspection.

We were extremely pleased by the professional skills of the
Team and the outstanding results of the cleaning. Our windows were crystal clear and clean plus there was not any spillage of cleaning solution on our outside siding.

Jose's Team identified that one of our door windows had a seal-leak and Jose advised me how we could get a glass company to open up the dual-pane window involved to fix it.

Well worth his service fee for a bit over 2 hours work. We definitely will use Blue Phoenix Window Washing service again.

Update 2023: had the team come again this year. The team once again did a beautiful job inside and out. We highly recommend them!

First time at my bar, won’t require their services anymore, too bad google doesn’t let me upload videos it looks better how bad it was, the hood cleaning company we used to use was way better but went out of business because the owner’s health conditions, will keep looking for a good hood cleaning company, “very disappointed with Apex hood cleaning”
