No one showed up to give us an estimate. We wasted 4 hours waiting. And, Jose said he would call if he was going to be late - not. I went with a 5-star review business, what a disappointment.
8/2 Received Jose's response. I'm one who wouldn't have posted the original review if Jose had offered a simple apology when he called the following evening. We all make mistakes, apologize for them and improve.

The crew arrived promptly at 8am. They treated our home respectfully wearing shoe coverings and being conscious of and friendly toward our pet cats. The job performed was exemplary: all windows cleaned inside and out, screens washed, sills wiped and tracks vacuumed. I highly recommend Blue Phoenix for window care and look forward to adding them to our annual spring cleaning roster.

Top quality professional work. Period. Jose and his team came in when they said and immediately got to work cleaning my windows. My windows are so clean it doesn't even look like there is glass.

Jose is very honest, reliable, hardworking, and does a good job. He shows up on time and gets the job done, rain or shine. We hired him to remove moss from our roof, which is very steep and on a two-story house. He and his son installed roof anchors, then spent hours carefully brushing away all the moss, followed the next day by applying a de-mossing chemical (zinc sulfate). The price was quite reasonable, compared to some quotes we received. We would hire him again. He performs a variety of home maintenance needs, besides moss removal. Highly recommend his company.

Jose does a fantastic job for a minimal price. I've used him for cleaning windows inside and outside and for pressure washing, both times I was more than satisfied with his work and attention to detail. I highly recommend using his services- you will not be disappointed!
