Chad responded quickly and sent a service person to help us when the heat was not working. I appreciated that it was done quickly and they did not try to sell me services I did not need. They are my go-to from now on.

Sterling was on the ball from the start to the finish. My job was 1 unit, but in the downstairs which was drilling through cement wall. The Job was a bit larger than normal but everyone on the job stuck to it and rocked this mini split install out.

I have been trying for over 6 months for them to fix. I was told 3 weeks ago he was contacting Daikin but I have heard nothing.
I have told them the unit has 50 errors when I pull errors on the remote, and they seem to ignore my info. I have only been a field service engineer in the semiconductor field for 31 years, I'm not stupid.

I needed to have an existing mini split moved. Chad was prompt in getting me an estimate and in getting the work scheduled and completed. His pricing was very reasonable and the work was done very well. He will be my HVAC guy from now on.

While he was here he explained what he was doing and why. His calm demeanor made me feel at ease and his knowledge of the trade put my mind at rest. I now have a cool house to relax in. These folks get the job done right . Our air conditioner was outstanding during the heat waves. They were on time and finished their work in a timely manner. We are very comfortable with Sterling. They give us super service at a very down to earth price.

I contacted a couple of local places and decided to go with with Chad. He was very communicative and knowledgeable. He and his daughter Grace did the install on a brand new unit at my mother's house and we couldn't be happier- they even left the area cleaner than it was to begin with! Even post- installation they still answered questions that we had about the unit. I would recommend his family-run business to anyone for the A/C needs.
