Good morning. I needed a new furnace. I found sterling heating and cooling. I tell you, after talking to all the big boys. I really appreciated the level of service and quality of work they gave me and the pricing I could make happen. . Best company and honest good people to work with I would recommend them to anyone.

Just had my furnace & AC replacement by Sterling heating. Chad and Grace did a fantastic job and so nice to work with. They answered all my questions and should me how the new thermostat worked.They were very thorough in the install and cleaned up after too. So glad we went with them. I'd highly recommend them.

The whole team was great. Quick process and testing, worked with my hectic schedule, and much more reasonably priced than other quotes I got.

Super impressed! Highly recommend! AC had stopped blowing cold air right at the start of a few 95 degree days. I called and they were able/willing to fit me in same day after the last call of the day as the tech was already in the area. Grateful he was willing to come by after what I imagine was a long day already. He was friendly and got right to work and had it back up and running with cold air in no time! And it didn't break the bank! Very fair and reasonable price and overall great service!

Great team of workers, great owner and sales team. Nice family company. Great price with high quality equipment. I used a different big hvac company to put mini splits in our other house and they charged double what I paid Sterling and not as clean a installation. No question who I will use in the future.

Amazing company!! On time, excellent communication. Clean work. No hassles, hidden fees/charges. Very honest and friendly. Not afraid to extend a hand. They provided the permit which i did not know we needed. Seriously the best company I have dealt with during our entire home makeover/remodel.

Chad was great! He answered all my questions openly and honestly, the price was very reasonable, and the install of my new heat pump went smoothly. His team worked efficiently on the new install/old heat pump removal and they also moved some vents around for me. He even came back after the install to answer some additional questions/address concerns I had. Chad and team were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend!

They were able to come on the same day I called, communicated well and fixed our furnace! Thankful to have a warm home again!

They came out for a quote to replace my water heater but they found the leak as was able to fix it, I would have never known, so bleased by the professionalism and work ethic.

Great same day service for an air conditioning system repair. Tech was efficient, explained everything, and had our system back up and running within the hour! Highly recommend!!

Sam was my technician and he did an excellent job. We had 2 nest thermostats to install and he knew exactly what he was doing. Very nice and professional.

They never gave me a estimate. Even after I let them know I didn't get it? Washougal heating did get back to me after my review .
The Only Company to do that have to give them credit for that.

Called them last Friday at 3:00 and needed immediate help. Our A/C went out just before our back to back open houses the next 2 days! They put me on hold, called their tech who added one more stop to the end of his day. Vitaly was the tech who gave me a few options and was able to implement the fix on the spot. Our open houses were very successful and I owe much of that to keeping it cool! Thanks so much Washougal H&C!!!!

Our heating system went out overnight. I called when I woke up and they squeezed me in that same day. The cost for my simple repair was $120 including the service call. I thought that was very reasonable.
