Reviews of local pros in Camas, Washington

The crew arrived promptly at 8am. They treated our home respectfully wearing shoe coverings and being conscious of and friendly toward our pet cats. The job performed was exemplary: all windows cleaned inside and out, screens washed, sills wiped and tracks vacuumed. I highly recommend Blue Phoenix for window care and look forward to adding them to our annual spring cleaning roster.

Jose cares about customer satisfaction, even in the current problem of finding quality personnel. He just finished our home for the second year in a row, and his attention to detail and client services is exceptional. He is a personable and hands-on business owner.

Jose and Jonathan did an excellent job cleaning our windows. They look great, and the price was reasonable. We'll definitely use them again.

Top quality professional work. Period. Jose and his team came in when they said and immediately got to work cleaning my windows. My windows are so clean it doesn't even look like there is glass.
For the very reasonable price, and the quality of work, I'll have Blue Phoenix clean my windows once a quarter.

Jose is very honest, reliable, hardworking, and does a good job. He shows up on time and gets the job done, rain or shine. We hired him to remove moss from our roof, which is very steep and on a two-story house. He and his son installed roof anchors, then spent hours carefully brushing away all the moss, followed the next day by applying a de-mossing chemical (zinc sulfate). The price was quite reasonable, compared to some quotes we received. We would hire him again. He performs a variety of home maintenance needs, besides moss removal. Highly recommend his company.

Jose does a fantastic job for a minimal price. I've used him for cleaning windows inside and outside and for pressure washing, both times I was more than satisfied with his work and attention to detail. I highly recommend using his services- you will not be disappointed!

I’m very pleased! I called around town for several quotes for power washing and exterior window cleaning. Jose came to my house that same day for a free quote. The price was most reasonable and they did an AWESOME job! I will be using Blue Phoenix again!

José and his team are fast and efficient whether they're putting up our Christmas lights, washing our windows, pressure washing our home or many of the other tasks we have asked of him. Excellent service, very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

They did a fantastic job! I wish I would have contacted them 3 years ago. The price was much more affordable than I thought it would be. They were couteous and respectful of our home. Jose was great about communicating over email, not by phone because of my preference. Thank you!

José and Jonathan did an excellent job on my windows and skylight! They were very dirty on the outside from having gutters removed earlier in the year and then being without gutters for two months due to the Pandemic closure. I have used a different company for over five years and felt their service was deteriorating over time so when Blue Phoenix was recommended, I wanted to try them. José provided an estimate right away but they were busy and I had to wait awhile, but it was worth it! I will definitely request them again, and will try their other services. They not only did a great job on the windows, but were careful of my home. All of the gold stars to José and Jonathan!

Excellent job!! My neighbors referred me to Blue Phoenix but I was hesitant as I have always done my own windows and felt that no one could do them as good as me. Instead of risking my life on the ladder I decided to use Blue Phoenix and am very happy that I did. They did quality work at a great price! Will definitely use them again!

I could not be more pleased with Jose and his son. They worked very hard and were very professional. They were respectful of the outside and the inside of our house. They took care not to damage anything. The price was very affordable too.

The windows are cleaner than I have ever seen them, inside, outside, tracks and screens. They also did our glass railing and cleaned all the moss off of the frame. Impeccable job. We will definitely have them back again.

Amazing transformation! After washing the windows myself several times, I has Jose and his team do them. The windows are so clear that we thought glass was missing in several of them ! These guys were worth it and we will definitely have them back year after year!

Jose brought a team of 3 to our home in Salmon Creek, WA, and he explained their thorough process of cleaning our 21 windows--- including vacuuming our vinyl window bases to remove dirt/dust, washing and drying the window bases to remove any mold or sticky residue, removing the screens for separate hand-washing, washing both the inside and outside of the windows, and using special tool to remove any pitch or bird poop residue outside and finishing with a final inspection.

We were extremely pleased by the professional skills of the
Team and the outstanding results of the cleaning. Our windows were crystal clear and clean plus there was not any spillage of cleaning solution on our outside siding.

Jose's Team identified that one of our door windows had a seal-leak and Jose advised me how we could get a glass company to open up the dual-pane window involved to fix it.

Well worth his service fee for a bit over 2 hours work. We definitely will use Blue Phoenix Window Washing service again.

Update 2023: had the team come again this year. The team once again did a beautiful job inside and out. We highly recommend them!

Fantastic work—a team of three cleaned the interior and exterior windows, including the tracks. They were professional and thorough. The value was excellent! I will use them again and again.

We just had Jose and his crew do our windows and they did not disappoint. Solid job done. Great price. Jose is very responsive and treated our house like his own. This is the 3rd time we’ve hired them and it definitely won’t be the last. I love working with small businesses like Blue Phoenix.

Excellent work! The crew of 3, with Jose supervising, did a fantastic job on our windows. Not an easy job...one wall 30' high with 12 large windows. They were meticulous!!!!

I've used Jose and his crew for several years, both for Christmas lights and window cleaning. They are trustworthy and reliable and do an excellent job. My windows were spotless!

What a wonderful discovery. Jose and his crew are everything you wish a cleaning service could be. From start to finish they were outstanding. Our windows, frames, screens and sills have never looked better. Thank you!

First time at my bar, won’t require their services anymore, too bad google doesn’t let me upload videos it looks better how bad it was, the hood cleaning company we used to use was way better but went out of business because the owner’s health conditions, will keep looking for a good hood cleaning company, “very disappointed with Apex hood cleaning”

So professional team…
