Called for broken AC not running at all. Talked to tech who said he would be out in under an hour. Quickly diagnosed issue from rodent that caused issues and repaired damage and new parts. Back up and running in under 2 hours time from when I called. Fantastic service on an 85 degree day in May was shocked to get service so quickly. Definately will use again. Highly recommend!!

Tyler was great, he replaced our heat pump and coil at a very reasonable price, and very promptly. He doesn't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need, but gives you an honest appraisal.

Tyler, helped me with my ductless heater when I had my skirting replaced and the workers had done some damage to my unit. He even met the workers at my place and showed them what had happened. Unfortunately they said they felt they where not responsible for the damages and left me with the cost. My unit was not even 2 yrs old. Tyler was great. He told me he would find me the best price he could and got me a unit and came installed it and was more than fair with the price and even letting me make 3 payments. Our AC gave out during the peak of July’s heatwave, and Tyler came to the rescue! He showed up the same day, diagnosed the problem in under 5 minutes, and had the part ready the very next day. In less than 30 minutes, our system was back up and running—cool air never felt so good! Tyler is an absolute pro. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

Great customer service! Came out the same day and fixed our AC issue. Tyler had the fix in place within 15 minutes. Will no doubt continue to use him for all of our HVAC needs!

RMR has never failed me. They have come through in times of need, fair price, trust worthy and friendly. They back up both the manufacturer and their own warranties unlike many of the others companies. If you are shopping around, this is your stop and if they are busy it’s worth the wait.

We had a compressor changed a year ago and the motor failed the day before a major graduation party and Tyler took a late night call made the arrangements and solved the problem in time for the event. A+

Great, fast service with great prices. Tyler was very responsive and great to work with. All other companies we called seem like they are ripping us off with very high prices or "gotcha" pricing structure. He was able to secure the part needed that others couldn't or wouldn't secure for the service to be done on the day needed. We don't wish for HVAC problems but if we do need repair or maintenance for it, we're only going to them.

Absolutely thrilled! My water heater was very old and barely functioning and the replacement was quite fast and the connections and pipes look beautiful. Extremely professional and great communication prior to service. Highly recommend!

We had a furnace problem during the Thanksgiving Holidays, so we thought our chances of finding someone to look at it would be difficult. Tyler was able to come over on the Sunday after Thanksgiving to troubleshoot the problem, and was able to get the system running temporarily. He identified what needed to be replaced, and was able to order parts on Monday and came in to make the final repair on Wednesday. He will be the first person we call if we ever have HVAC problems in the future.
