We had RMR install a furnace, heat pump, and ductwork in an old log cabin. Our first impression of RMR was positive from the start. Tyler, the owner, was the one who came out and did the bid. We knew the job would be challenging, but Tyler was helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. He was installing the system during some
Of the hotter months of the year. There were days that he got called off onto emergency fixes in the extreme heat. (We had plenty to do, so this was not a huge concern for us) but what it did show, is that RMR has great costumer service and will show up in the unfortunate event that something stops working. We now have AC and heating and it’s amazing! Highly recommend RMR!

Tyler performed a preventative maintenance servicing on my furnace and heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and kind about explaining technical aspects in ways anyone would understand. He answered all my questions and I learned a lot from him. He also came off as very honest, not trying to push me to spend more money than I needed. I’m glad I found him via referrals and feel less stressed knowing he is close by if I encounter any hvac issues in the future.
