We had one of those back yards that brought our property value down. We finally decided to tear out all the old plantings and gardens, none of which made any design sense at all. We reached out to Hone and scheduled a consultation. After some follow up discussions, we decided on a design plan that was drawn up. The details included everything from the number of large rocks to bring in, the number and type of every tree, bush, flowers and grasses. They completed the project in the time estimated and followed up when a few of the plants needed to be replaced, not surviving the hot August heat. Yes, we would highly recommend Hone landscaping. We are very pleased with the end product and feel like the cost of our project directly added to the value of our property.

Hone recently landscaped our front yard. It went from weeds to lawn and more. They worked with me to fulfill my vision, they made suggestions and guided me through the process. Jason, their lead for the project, was always there to take my calls and answer questions. I wanted large quarry rock scattered along a bank intermixed with shrubs and ground cover. The installers were very artful with the placement of each rock. The crew were all very nice to work with. Thank you Hone for a job well done.

We had a great experience with Hone Landscaping. They put up a small retaining wall and created a shed pad for us and completed it neatly and quickly. The crew was friendly and hard working, very detailed.

Hone did a large retaining wall and landscaping project for us in our backyard recently. I'm a commercial general contractor, so I am very particular about who I hire to work on my house. I did not have a detailed design, I just talked through what I wanted with each bidder. I received about 6-8 quotes for the work, and ultimately chose Hone because I was the most comfortable with their understanding of what I wanted to achieve, their quality and overall approach to service. Price was a factor, but not the most important consideration to me, because the project was fairly complex. The scope that was included in the bid was very clear and easy to understand. Hone executed the project flawlessly. They started when they said they were going to start and were done when they said they were going to be done, and they came to work every day. The end result was exactly what I had envisioned. Change orders were minimal and priced fairly, and were for things that I asked to be added to the project. This was hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor on my home. On top of that, Jeremy from Hone recommended a decking contractor that I ended up hiring to do a new deck that was equally awesome to work with. I would recommend Hone to anyone for any landcaping or retaining wall project without hesitation.

Hone Landscaping exceeded my expectations. They proposed a backyard redesign and then completed it within budget, on time, and everyone was very professional. They opened my backyard up to a beautiful view, new lawn, new fence, accent gardens, foot paths, and built a retaining wall. Finished result is incredible!

Hone did a complete backyard landscape overhaul for us! We now have beautiful trees, plants, a paver patio and fire pit area. They did an outstanding job and were so nice to work with. Our backyard feels like it was transformed into a garden paradise!

He was very friendly and the price was fair and reviews were good so I pulled the trigger. The team came and completed the job in 3 days. There were no surprise bills and the estimate was spot on. The project was done professionally and turned out better than I thought. I was really impressed by Jason, Oscar, and the rest of his team and would hire Hone again in the future in a heartbeat.

Hone Landscape Company has done 5 projects for me over the last few years. I keep hiring them for a reason....they're terrific to work with and do an excellent job. My neighbors always gush over the improvements to our yard. I'm running out of things to have done now, but I'm sure I'll eventually have another project and when I do, I'll be calling Hone!

Great experience with Hone Landscape. I am sure mine was a very small and simple project for them. It did take about 4 days. The workers were all on time and very nice. They knew their "stuff". Cleaned up at the end and made sure all was cleared. After they were done I had an even smaller job and asked if they could do that. No issues and they had 1 worker come back later to do it. Again, no issues and everyone was willing to work with me. Would hire them again. The attached pictures got out of order but you can see the work.

We had such a wonderful experience with Hone Landscaping. All phases of the project went as promised and communication was stellar from our initial planning meeting with Jeremy and Kate to the execution of our dream backyard, which included the construction of a beautiful rock wall, by the hardworking Oscar and his team. We look forward to using them again for future projects.

Hone did our landscaping in early spring 2025. The whole experience was great and I absolutely love my yard. And after 9 months, everything still looks amazing.

For our project, we didn’t know what exactly we wanted to do. We had some big picture ideas. We worked with a designer with them and came up with a plan that exceeded my expectations.

Hone Landscape Co. worked with us to design landscaping for our back yard and part of the front yard. We received a large map of the planned work and the job was scheduled. Their hardscape work has been done with skill and it is beautiful. We chose to defer the planting until spring but we are can’t wait to see the yard when that completed. They moved machinery through our property with great care and left the yard and driveway clean at the end of each day. We plan to have them do more to the front yard next year.

We are more than happy with the work Hone Landscape did on our backyard — the transformation they made is incredible!
Our project was difficult, to say the least, since we live on a steep hill with very problematic access.
While other companies we reached out to either inflated the quote due to the access issues or simply declined the job altogether, Hone Landscape didn’t see it as a barrier!
I love how the team, throughout the process, was able to think outside the box and find creative, wonderful solutions — starting with solving the access issue and continuing with thoughtful suggestions at every stage of the project.

Called for broken AC not running at all. Talked to tech who said he would be out in under an hour. Quickly diagnosed issue from rodent that caused issues and repaired damage and new parts. Back up and running in under 2 hours time from when I called. Fantastic service on an 85 degree day in May was shocked to get service so quickly. Definately will use again. Highly recommend!!
