They did a very nice job, clean install. Very knowledgeable and professional staff and technicians. They had the new heat pump and air handler installed in a day. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely love this company! Friendly and hard workers that are detail oriented and work fast! Within a week of contacting them they had the unit installed. They gave us a great bid and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need! 100% recommend working with them!

The service man was very polite and extremely knowledgeable and instead of a brand new heat pump, He got my old one alive to fight another day, There are not enough good things I can say about Denali heating & Air Conditioning PLUS they are A Union Shop. So give them plenty of business in the future. A company this good deserves to grow and flourish in our community

My heat pump froze over 2 months after purchasing my home. I called Denali because of the reviews and the simple fact that I like to support my local businesses. Unfortunately, their techs lack of knowledge and experience costed me over $500 and left me with a $400 power bill (emergency heat for 2 months). They sent someone out to diagnose my system and discovered that my defrost board wasn’t working and it was low on refrigerant, the tech stated that it’s not uncommon for older units to have minor leaks and he refilled it and told us that if we replaced the defrost board we’d be back up and running, problem free. He also mentioned our system seemed to be in great shape and it should last us another 5 years or so! I paid the $562 bill and had it replaced based on his “professional” advise. Exactly 2 weeks later, the heat pump turned into a block of ice again. This time when I called, I asked about getting a quote to replace the entire system with hope that they would apply that $562 bill to a new unit. I was told I’d get a call back for a quote, weeks go buy and I had to call them back again because I had no contact from them. They finally came back with a quote and by this time I gathered a few additional quotes. Denali was over $2000 higher then both other estimates! But they said they would apply that $562. This was for the same exact heat pump system. Wow!!! I asked for a refund of this misdiagnosed $562 repair, and they said they would not refund my money. I even offered to eat the cost of parts to make it a little easier on them and they still said no.

Unfortunately, this is just a brief overview. I would recommend anyone that needs Heating and cooling work to get quotes elsewhere and think twice before supporting this business. I’m bummed I have to write these reviews and share my bad experience.

On a positive note, the Lady that answers the phone over there is very polite! But techs that lack experience will lead to money lost and headache.

I called for a service man to come check our unit as the air conditioning was nit working properly. Ryan came out and was beyond thorough to find out the problem, he was very friendly and informative and very appreciative of his hard work. We will definitely use this company again and highly recommend both the company and Ryan. Thank you again..

Called Denali on a record hot week to replace our 20+ year old furnace and heat pump which was failing. Tristan came and gave us an estimate and ordered our replacement quickly. Tristan was a guy. The technicians were very professional and kept their work clean and left no mess behind. Our house is now regulating heat better than we had hoped for.

Denali was a pleasure to work with. From the salesman to the techs I couldn't more pleased.
I choose a 19 seer unit for its size and noise rating. I can no longer hear my outside unit unless I'm standing right next to it. The Installation was very clean and the Technician's were friendly and very knowledgeable.

Communication was very good when we called and spoke with Mellissa. There was no pushy sales pitch. McKinley showed up on time and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained things well. Very happy with their service and will use them again for sure.

When our electric furnace went out on our house we called several places to come out to service it and denali was the only place that was willing to come out right away to look at it. Sadly the furnace was toast. But they sent their sales guy to give us a bud. Tristan the sales guy was very knowledgeable and nice. He was willing to answer all our questions. We got several bids from companies around town. But denali was the best deal for the price you pay. They were able to come out the next week and install our new HVAC. Ryan and the rest of the guys that came out to do the install were amazing. They were all super professional. I recommend denali to everyone.

I want to thank Ryan D (& Scott initially) for the work they did on our heat pump system. Both worked hard to figure out, first a heat pump issue and then an auxiliary heat problem over a two day period. Ryan was especially tenacious. He spent the better part of 7 hours on the second day (on his own) making sure to run down the smallest leak in our system, and getting us cooling back just in time for the heat wave coming this week. Denali's is well represented by their service reps and come highly recommended by me.

The technician came out on a Saturday, to fix my heating issues. He was very kind, professional and amazing. I would certainly recommend this company to everyone. Thanks so much.

Perfect Timing!!! So the week is the Hottest of the year everyday is high 90’s and my house for some reason is 95 degrees inside. I called Denali of course they are always our go to heating and cooling Guys considering we have used some of the other companies locally )Never again!!!) Denali is our go to. We have been having Denali coming to our home for years. Ryan was sent to our house he did his thing and found the leak and was able to get us fixed and back up and running in a day. Ryan was extremely informative and efficient. Ryan was able to explain everything and give us quotes depending on what we decided to do and I appreciate his knowledge and thankfully for being very fast in making sure we don’t roast this Summer inside.

They are a great company to work with we had Tristan out to design a four head ductless system and write up a quote in July 2022 I was able to put some money down to lock it in and they held everything until February of 2023 when I was able to pay for the remainder. Once a date was set the 2 man install crew headed out and got everything installed, wired and running in 3 days very happy with their customer service and professionalism 100% would recommend

We were shopping around to find a company to install a heat pump in our house. Denali was the first company to send someone out to talk with us face to face, and to inspect our house to see what type of installation would best meet our needs. They gave us multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each. After deciding on a multi zone ductless system we scheduled the install. The install team was punctual, professional, and friendly. The installation looks good and works even better. They cleaned the job site before they left, and took time to explain how everything works and answer our questions. Will absolutely use Denali again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a system that was old and too small for our house, the Denali team kept it running this summer as long as they could while we waited for a new system that was better fitted for our home.
The team that installed our new system were great! They went above and beyond to make sure there were no issues left behind from the original installation. They cleaned up after themselves and were very easy to talk to.

High quality in every way. Installers were very respectful of us and our home. They were here 3 days (it was a large job) cleaned up everyday no mess left behind. Knowledgeable, polite, answered every question we asked. Ryan Dalton was the lead on our install, he was amazing, on time, organized and pleasant to talk to. Handled every situation like a Pro. and prompt. Every person I have any interaction with of any kind have been professional. Great company I will recommend to everyone!

Thank you Denali HVA! I got a very pleasant and quick response from office when I called for help this morning. A technician, Kyle, arrived quickly and even ahead of estimated time, which is especially nice when the heater isn’t working in winter. Kyle was a very polite and professional nice young man and got to work right away! He definitely knew what he was doing and got my heat pump fixed and running again in a short time. He answered my questions patiently and politely. He checked everything thoroughly and even offered to reset the thermostat for me. I am very happy with Denali Heating and cooling and Kyle’s work and will recommend to others and be calling again when needed.

The group of guys that installed the system in our apartment complex, were clean, professional and the nicest guys. They gave phenomenal service and I would give them a 10.

This company is amazing - called them on a Monday with dysfunctional AC unit and they were out by Wednesday. Kyle was great and taught me how to clean/care for HVAC system. Melissa was also kind and helpful when it came to working with the warranty company. Thank you guys for running an awesome company!

Our heater was dying... Denali had a good price and helped us with any rebates.
Communication was good and they got the install rolling in a timely manner.
An installer came over, Ryan, he measured and made some discovery of the poor old system in our basement. He gave me a heads up on some potential issues.

On install day Ryan and Mack showed up on time. They got to work. Old system was out quickly. I'm always curious and came down and watched periodically. They were pleasant with my questions.
A funny thing. The banging of tin started as they updated the ductwork connections. I can hear Ryan singing to the music on his headset through the ductwork... then he stops and talks his way through what he was installing... his singing was a little flat which made it all hilarious.
All workers on this project were friendly and personable.
The finished product was top notch and looked 100% better than the old system. Product installed is good quality. I was shown how the system worked.

This review is about an amazing young man who led the installation for our new three zone mini-split Mitsubishi with one outdoor condensing unit connecting all three-zone indoor units. Ryan is that amazing young man and the story starts with him working with us on how to design and position the equipment. He listened to our input and collaborated with us on the installation design. Ryan also set our expectations. Managing expectations is a key skill that goes across many professions and he did this very well. Ryan also communicated with us in an excellent way. He even drew sketches to make sure we understood where the units would be and how all the piping and lines would end up. On installation day, Ryan showed up on time and was energetically ready to install our new equipment. He communicated with us throughout the day and he led the electrician work that was required to set up the units. Ryan is clearly a great leader. Ryan carries a broom duster with him and he sweeps up anything he drops while he's working and leaves our house exactly as he found it because he cares. When the installation was complete we were very very happy with the results and it was better than the expectations Ryan had said. As you can see from the photo, there is only one line-hide. We thought there might be up to three line hides but he knew it was important to us to look clean and he made sure to use only one if he could and he did. Ryan gave us a very thorough tutorial on how to use the systems. Again, Ryan is a very good communicator. We purchased the Kumo cloud wireless system so that we could manage the settings from our phones. There was a glitch in the original setup that was not fixable. Ryan tried to fix it for over an hour after a very long day of hard work. He finally gave up and said he would be back the next business day (he didn't want to give up). He did come back the next business day and he had already solved the problem because he did the research with Mitsubishi on their bug. And yes, it was a Mitsubishi bug on the original setup. Ryan had a workaround and had us up and running in no time. Ryan does what he says he is going to do and nowadays that is rare. It has been so long since my husband and I have worked with such an amazing professional that I just had to write this very long review because it meant so much to us. A big shout-out to Melissa too, who is a fabulous coordinator and communicator in the office.
