Big Timber Contractors are amazing! We reached out to them early last spring as we had house plans in hand and were ready to finally put a decades old dream into motion. Mark, Amber, Miles and their crew have been very easy to work with in all that comes with getting a house from the challenging bare, rocky ground to the enclosed structure we asked for! Mark's attention to detail, knowledge, communication skills, how he works with their crew to teach them, and, sometimes learn from them, was great to watch. Mark and Miles really treat their crew well and it shows! They were here when they said they would be, ready to work and always respectful. The communication that the crew has is wonderful to hear, from calling out measurements and getting confirmation of them to how they treated each other. From the beginning of the project, they knew it would be a challenge but they all persisted to get the job done well to the point we have a solid house to put our finishing touches on. We are looking forward to hiring them for the insulation and drywall parts of the project before the final finishes that will be on our plate. Knowing that we have and will be able to ask questions along the way is of great comfort to us!
