They replaced/repaired my homes water valves. My home was built in 2008 I purchased it in 2015 and for some reason the irrigation water could only be shut off by turning off the house water. He knew exactly what my problem was. Not good! Before they came out I had to replace my garbage disposal and after that I had water under my sink. I called & asked if they could take a look at it when they came out & of course wasn’t a problem. Very responsive, excellent service, on time, friendly, honest & overall just excellent!!! I now have a regular plumber that I’m not afraid to call or go to for any issues. I used to dread because anytime a plumber is involved I knew it was going to break the bank! They have definitely gained my business!

We had a dishwasher delivered recently, and the delivery/install person said that they wouldn’t be able to help because of our push/pull plumbing. I was also having issues with a tub spout and shower diverter not working properly. I knew I had to call a plumber. Two members of my family had used Peck Plumbing and Heating. Jerome was great to work with as far as scheduling and responding to texts in a very timely manner. The job was bigger than expected due to the builder not doing things properly. The guys changed all three valves under the kitchen sink the first day and installed the dishwasher. Jerry was able to rig the shower so that it was still usable until they could get back another day to repair the shower issues. They were back 2 days later. The shower job required a second trip out because they had to install a plumbers access in the wall behind the shower and a new copper pipe and tub spout had to be installed. Jerry and Jarrett were both hard workers, good communicators, careful to take care and protect my property, and cleaned up after themselves. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use their services again in the future and highly recommend them. Thanks, guys!

They rerouted and installed plumbing lines for a complete bathroom remodel. They were prompt in making our appointment. Their staff was very professional and skilled in their trade. Our bid was fair and affordable. We will definitely use them again. We would highly recommend Peck’s Plumbing!!

I've had trouble finding plumbers in Spokane who are 1) responsive, and 2) reasonably priced. I'm glad to have learned about Peck's through Yelp reviews, although they were way down on the list, having to scroll down the pages, since they do not pay for advertising. To install our new kitchen faucet and connections for our dishwasher (in our kitchen remodel), they gave a price better than the competition and came out quickly, even arriving twenty minutes early instead of late. Jerome (who owns the business with his Dad) and his assistant were amiable, answering our questions kindly and clearly, and they completed the job with high quality and efficiently. Peck is definitely my new go-to plumber for Spokane!

I recently had Peck Plumbing install a new water heater for me in our 116-year-old home, and for those of you who know anything about working on ANYTHING in a house that old it's never easy. These guys went above and beyond to get everything to line up and work properly. They were recommended to me by Avista and I can say that I have found my "forever plumbers!"

So happy to have found this business from a neighbor recommendation. I think you might have to wait a bit longer for them to come out because they are smaller, but they are well worth the wait. He came out and easily fixed my issue, and gave me great advise to maintain and fix other issues myself. Super reasonable and trustworthy. You know you will never be given a scripted and expensive repair plan - just what needs to be done.

Owner thinks it’s a good idea to slam on his breaks at a green light in a company vehicle. Almost caused an accident, he did not have a care in the world.

These guys have been absolutely fantastic to work with and I recommend them to everyone I know. I live in the Valley so I know they service the whole area. They were recommended through Holliday (who we also trust) for the install of our tankless water heater; their prices were extremely fair and their crew was great to work with. They have since come to help me with drains, clogs, spigots and leaks — I never have to wait too long to get on their schedule thanks to their awesome employee Jenna and their guys have always been quick, efficient and so, so kind. Most recently, I noticed a leak right above our electric panel — on Friday night of course… I disconnected everything but, since I’m not a plumber, I still wanted to get someone out since even I know that water+electricity=bad. I called all of the local 24hr companies and was either completely ghosted or told this wasn’t an emergency. I called Peck, left a message and they got me on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Jerome and his team recently replaced all of the 1930s galvanized plumbing in my South Hill home, as well as installing a water softener and whole house filter, and did an absolutely incredible job. I had multiple companies out to make bids on the project, and not only was he the most knowledgeable and professional (he noticed things no one else noticed and came up with great work arounds!), he was also the most reasonably priced. Communication was excellent, he was willing to listen to exactly what I wanted, even when it was more difficult/labor intensive for him and his team, and the job was done really well. I even got some tips about possibilities for ceiling finishing in the basement, and ideas about HVAC possibilities for the future. Overall, I can’t recommend this company enough, and I am so grateful I searched the r/Spokane subreddit for other options before going with one of the other local plumbing companies. I will absolutely be using Peck Plumbing and Heating for any future plumbing needs.

FIve Golden Stars. My neighbor hired him-that's a good sign- LIke a jerk, I asked for free advice. He gladly took time to explain what to do for my situation. I was amazed, I did what he described and Bam, it worked! Saw him the next day and thanked him. I'd hire these guys anyday

I recently had Peck Plumbing come out to help after a pipe froze and burst. We chose them because we have had them out here several other times for various jobs and it has always been a great experience. I was impressed by their professionalism and expertise. The team was efficient, and the work was completed promptly at fair prices. I highly recommend Peck Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

I went with them instead of whatever low rated contractor Lowe’s uses in remove/install water heaters and would highly recommend their work. In fact, I was so appreciative of the quality of work and professionalism that I was willing to wait several more weeks to get a water softener installed (in addition to having piping bypassed in the crawl space so softened water wouldn’t be going to the outdoor bibs) that I refused another contracting company’s attempt to poach the labor and match price.

They were in frequent contact with me through any delays or questions or concerns.

I probably wouldn’t be contacting them for emergency plumbing work because they are so busy, which hopefully speaks to the quality of their work, but would absolutely contact them again for a planned project.

Additionally, their rates seemed more than fair especially for the quality and care.
