Brett runs a professional, people oriented, friendly business with excellent communication. He cleaned our upstairs duplex, including 3 bedrooms and the main living room area in 1000 square feet for only $125.00. If you compare prices, think of your time and labor to rent a machine, lug it upstairs, empty and fill the tank, purchase the right chemical soap . . . $125.00 is a screamin deal! Great people, I have two dogs (always shedding) and kids always tracking mud in the house. They come in and make my place look like new every time… Great price for the work as well! High attention to detail… I usually have them come monthly but I’m going to need to consider having them clean weekly. 👍

When I spoke with who I assume is the owner he assured that the quality and standard would be of the outstanding he even went as far as to say that when they were done the house would be ready for sale clean they did not do anything like that after they were finished I had to come back and check the house had to send him multiple pictures and they had to come back and clean again when they let the second time the condition of the house was no better this is the worst cleaning service I've ever seen now they won't answer my call or return text messages to me or the landlord do not trust this place do not do not use them do not call them do not go nowhere near them they're cleaning his book while disgusting their customer service is horrible and of course the manager and owner is very very responsible for the workers

We were quoted $650 for a 2 bedroom move in clean only to find out the estimate is purely subjective and is based on what you provide as the square footage and number on a 1-10 scale of how dirty you think your house is. Therefore if we would have guessed our apartment was a 4/10 instead of 8/10 for starting cleanliness or less square footage, we would have been charged significantly less. Everyone has a different level of clean. This is a crooked way to do an estimate without being upfront about how you will be charged.

The folks that did our cleaning initially estimated 8 hours of cleaning which seemed fair but only actually needed to spend 4 hours. When confronted about the discrepancies, Tyler, the owner initially said he had no way to refund any part of the payment. When pressed further, he offered us a free cleaning. When we told him we weren’t interested in using his services, he promised us a partial refund, which we have never received 6 weeks later. He will not return our calls. Additionally, we came to learn that Buckwild barely pays his cleaners above min wage and pockets more than the majority of the fee.

I would never hire this dishonest company for any service. A very poor way to do business. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for services.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. She showed up late. They were supposed to do a full deep clean after a move out. My 3yr old could have done a better job. All they did was mop the floor. We showed back up an hour later and she was gone, she left the whole house open including the front door. No communication. We had to call them and got an excuse. She came back the second day and did a horrible job. We paid over $500. And now they won’t answer our calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
