Reviews of local pros in Cheney, Washington

My husband and I are so pleased with the quality of work completed by Ty, “Lilac Mountain Landscapes”! In one day he transformed a very ugly rough slope into a beautiful slope ready to accept grass seed. He is professional, assisted us in generating ideas for our driveway, is timely, returns calls and emails promptly! I’d highly recommend this company to anyone looking to beautify his/her yard! Amazing job and many THANKS!

Ty does an excellent job. He designed a drip system for me last year and it has been wonderful.
Today he added an extra head on sprinkler for better coverage.

Ty was a very hard worker. He was pleasant to work with, and even when some unplanned challenges came up, he handled them professionally and maintained a good attitude. We would use his services again.

We are so very, very glad that we found Ty, and Lilac Mountain. This young man was absolutely amazing with a long overdue transformation of our front lawn. He understood our vision, with our location in a very dry area, abutting a wheat field and run-off pond on two sides of the property, respectively. We went with a rock dominated theme, because honestly no matter what we've tried with weeds/watering/whatever, it has never worked with all the noxious plants all around us. And, he built us some beautiful raised bed gardens, so now we can actually have some decent tomatoes. His expertise on what decorative plants we could have in the yard that would be low-maintenance was spot on. We could never had made an informed choice in that regard. Perhaps the most impressive thing about Ty was his energy and conscientiousness. That alone was so appreciated. He's got the tools and the talent, and made it all look so easy. It's not. We are so pleased with everything.

Ty Mansfield from Lilac Mountain Landscapes built us a beautiful, curved paver pathway that goes from our driveway to a basement door and then extends to another door to the house. What a beautiful work of art! Before we had pavers that pathway would get wet and muddy, but certainly not now. Ty is a professional, very knowledgeable, and courteous and was great to work with. Anyone desiring a pathway or anything made out of pavers should call on Lilac Mountain Landscapes!

Skilled, hardworking, completed the work on time for the quoted price. You can not go wrong hiring Matt. Thank you for making our visions come true.

Found Matt by accident, but he went above beyond what I was needing! And the pricing was great also. Going to use him for more projects in the future.

Matt mows my field yearly. He is honest and hardworking...I definitely would recommend to anyone in need of his services. Thanks Matt

Matt Aleria epitomizes professionalism and quality work. His machinery is first rate and he does a superb job. Completely trustworthy and hard working.

We had Dirtworx come out to do a forestry thinning project for us on about 15 acres. They communicated very well the whole time. They were extremely efficient and professional. All the workers were friendly and listened to our concerns. They were reasonably priced and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. We would hire them back again for the next project.

Matt willingly shares his expertise to help our local little league! He always does an excellent job and goes above and beyond. So thankful!

Both professional and considerate! I would recommend hands down for any project!

So much snow this winter! Matt was in the area in January and came up to push some of the piled snow off the sides of our private road. This was very last minute for him and he was happy to help out. So appreciated! Kris Eastman

Matt made the calls and organized a group of 50 volunteers to kick-off the clean-up for the Gray Fire. Matt was integral in bringing our community together to help those in need at a pivotal time in their lives. #MedicalLakeStrong

Matt is reliable, has strong work ethics, efficient and leaves a clean property behind him. He also came under budget. We highly recommend him.

Very happy with the work. Matt carved an 8' x500' ft driveway for us on our property as well as a 40x40 pad, leveled and cleared.
Awesome work and very reliable.

Anyone who has built a home knows how challenging it can be. I had the good fortune of getting to work with Matt who is the owner of Dirtworx land management. He does amazing work and is always professional. I couldn’t be happier with the gravel driveway he put in for me! I would highly recommend Matt and his team for any of your excavation needs. Dirtworx is a wonderful company to work with.

Highly recommended! Matt went above and beyond cleaning up my land. He is very professional, yet personable, meticulous and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Amazing work!!
