Reviews of local pros in Chewelah, Washington

West One is the BEST I have hired in the Colville area. After making numerous calls to my local plumber for two weeks and them not returning my call- I called West One. Not only did a human answer the phone- the technician, Kevin, was out that afternoon and the issue was resolved before dinner. Kevin was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Kevin definitely deserves a hefty bonus. Thank you West One and Thank you Kevin!!

Had a backed up septic line and West One got me scheduled for the next day. When Skyler and Kevin showed up they promptly got an assessment of the situation, and in less than an hour were able to fix the problem. These guys were quick, efficient, and informative as to some issues that may need to be addressed in the future. I'll definitely be calling West One again when I need a plumber.

They were fine till I found out someone else helping us had gossiped at the groc store! By the time that person came back they knew all about it! That person was the one that did a horrible job!! Scary!! I don't know about you but I'm private!!

Kevin and Skyler just left my place here in Chewelah after doing an awesome job fixing my water heater. Additionally, they found a switch that was in the off mode to my water softener. Now the whole system is running as it should. Thanks guys!

I had the privilege of having Skyler and Kevin from Westside Plumbing at my home I found them to be extremely professional very kind very patient with me being a woman I asked a lot of questions and they were very kind and I would appreciate them and I trust their work completely thank you Westside for your crew

I had the Honor of having Skyler and Luke come out in a very timely manner to fix my plumbing issues. They were professional, efficient and took the time to explain and answer all my questions. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services. I have used this company for almost 10 years now and they have always been amazing!

Amazing service! Skyler came to help quickly and had my water fixed in no time. Super friendly and efficient – highly recommend!

Completely satisfied with the work done today by Kevin and Skylar! I will be using West One Plumbing again. They replaced my pressure tank in a timely and orderly manner. They answered all my questions.

Very pleasant experience with this company. They replaced my toilet which was leaking. Skylar and Kevin were very professional and kept everything clean. The cost was within what I had budgeted for this repair.

We had plugged drains and panicked the day after the new year! We called several plumbers looking for help, West One Plumbing came to our rescue! They sent Kevin, he braved the terrible icy road conditions and found we had tree roots that plugged our main septic line. He was very professional, designed a new clean out pipe installation, then cleared the plugged line. We highly recommend Kevin and West One Plumbing!

30 year old water heater went out in our home and we got quotes from 3 outfits. Weston was able to send out Skylar and Kevin that day and got the job done quick. Kevin and Skylar were courteous and professional and we had hot water the same day our unit went out! The price was inline with the other quotes we received so couldn't be happier with the service.

After another company claimed they couldn't fix a basic part on my water heater and tried to say i needed to buy a whole new water heater, I called West One Plumbing for a second opinion upon reference from a neighbor, and it was a wise decision. Kevin came out later that same afternoon. He was able to replace the part, and was quick and efficient. I highly recommend you give them a call! Kevin at West One Plumbing is our new go to for any plumbing needs and I will recommend him to everyone I know.

We recently had West One Plumbing do a fairly large and complex project for us. We would like to recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Weston & Heidi and their crew, Luke, Taylor, Wyatt and Skylar did an outstanding job. They were professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. They completed the project on time and had a very "can do attitude". They were all wonderful to work with and we will be using them again in the future!

Thank you, Weston and crew for a job well done.

I highly recommend Weston and Skylar from West One Plumbing. My outside wood boiler had completely stopped working and they were able to determine what was wrong and fixed it. It was a plus that they carry the parts needed in their service truck. Very pleasant, on time and knowledgeable. Absolutely they will be the ones I call when I need service again for my plumbing/electrical needs. Thank you Weston and Skylar. A+++++

Professional and polite! Great service. Definitely recommend!

Quartzite Comfort was able to get our ducts clean quick and fast! I called lots of duct cleaners none of them would come out to our out of the way house. But Quartzite Comfort went above and beyond!!!

We were very impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, and their willingness to work around our schedule. This was our first time using Quartzite Comfort, but we will be using it on a consistent basis.

Very happy with their service and installation of our mini-splits. They will serve our needs nicely!

Steve put the HVAC system into our new home and did an excellent job. Was always on time and returned texts or phone calls quickly. If I have a question he answers it every time. Overall great experience.

Steve installed our heat pump and keeps it in great condition. Definitely happy we learned about Quartzite Comfort.

When our home thermostat for our central air suddenly stopped working in the heat of the summer, all we had to do was call Quartzite one time and everything was taken care of right away. Thank you, Quartzite!
