Everyone we encountered at Quartzite Comfort was professional, organized, helpful and great to interact with. During the 3.5 day install, they were clean, courteous to my 4 year old, and worked diligently. A small piece of wall needed to be removed so they could work and they did that with great care to not damage any more of the wall or make a mess. They offered a high quality system and they stand behind it. They were a pleasure to have in my home and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their heating and cooling systems.

Professional, courteous, fair price, great communication, fixed my furnace fast. Showed up same day I called. Highly recommend.

Serviceman was on time, courteous and efficient. He answered all my questions without hesitation, and clarified operational aspects that I needed to know. The office manager was very kind to refund a portion of the annual maintenance fee that was not performed last year. The Daikin System is performing very well. I had Quartzite Comfort over to do periodic checkup and filter change. They are always on time or let you know if they are off schedule. I’m glad I found them for my A/C for my house. Highly recommended.

3 years have gone by and so I’m updating on follow up services. The company offers twice yearly inspections and cleaning for the mini split (I assume other products as well) and then gives a report on how the system is working. To date there have been no problems with the system but a nice benefit of the routine maintenance is that there is no further diagnostic fee if a problem should arise. Thanks for offering a complete care package for your product. It’s a greatly appreciated benefit.

I was not on site during install but all interactions with owner and staff were positive prior to install. All staff are polite and knowledgeable with good scheduling (they let you know when they have availability and show up at that time). Prices are competitive with comparable product and services.

The techs were able to troubleshoot an issue with my boiler. We thought it was running correctly then after they left, it quit. Called the office after hours and they turned the truck around and came back and got the issue resolved and discovered the underlying issue. Very pleased with their work. Thanks

The team at Quartzite Comfort (Steve and Chris) did a great job installing a furnace in my basement and a heater in my shop. From the first visit, where they provided me a recommendation on equipment and a price quote for the job, to the communication up to and completing the install, they were great. Chewelah, Colville and surrounding area are lucky to have Quartzite Comfort....you should use them for all your heating/cooling needs!

We’ve been having issues with our heat pump system for over a month & had another company come out several times but they weren’t able to solve the issue, Quick Comfort was able to diagnose & fix the problem right away to get our system running smoothly again!! They are very knowledgeable & affordable & would highly recommend!! We’ll always use Quick Comfort going forward!!!

Saturday I noticed my heat pump A/C had stopped working. Monday I called Quartzite Comfort and they were able to get me an appointment for the following morning!
Tuesday I got a convenient text 5 minutes before their arrival so I had time to lock up my dogs! The guys determined the issue AND affordably fixed it in under 25 minutes! Problem solved. I am thrilled!!
I decided to subscribe to their $25 month maintenance plan for maintenance and cleaning twice a year and 15% repair service discount and they gave me the 15% off this very first appointment as well! The guys were friendly and knowledgeable and I just couldn't be happier.

I’m in the process of building a house and I needed a new heating system. I called all around and everyone would take my information but no one would call me back or give me a quote. One place when I talked to them told me it is a month just to get a bid.

I spoke with Steven at Quartzite and explained to him what I was looking for. Two days later Steven called me back with some options. I decided what I wanted and we planned a date of install. I did have one company call me back but they were almost $10k higher than Quartzite quoted me.

Quartzite showed up on the date of install and the guys introduced themselves and I explained what I wanted but Steven already lined them out so they knew what they were doing. I found out Steve was in Spokane picking up parts for my install due to a logistical error on the Spokane distributor to complete the job.

The company completed the job in about 1 1/2 days and they fired it up for me to test. All in all it looks good.

No one likes it when your furnace goes out in the middle of the coldest night of the year. I called Quick Comfort at 8:00 the next morning. They were here before 9, took 10 minutes to evaluate the furnace, and identified the solution. The repair was quick, their service was professional, and my home was once again getting warm. They also offered welcome advice on maintaining my heating system. I won't hesitate to call Quick Comfort again, should I have any HVAC needs in the future.

I was referred to Quick Comfort by a friend that was very happy with the service for her HVAC system that she received from them.

I scheduled an appointment on their website, which was really easy. Got confirmation email about appt, and got call morning of for timing.

Steve showed up on time, even though roads were really bad (snow), and completed a thorough service on our heat pump/furnace system.

He even took time to check on neighbor's system for a quote on a part/service.

Received a detailed report on my system's performance, and price for the service was fair. Easy online paying option was nice, too.

I can never be bothered to leave reviews, but I'm going to make an exception. Dustin and Steve installed a mini split heat pump for me. They were super prompt and professional and made everything such a breeze from quote to install.

They were very patient in answering all of my dumb questions without making me feel dumb at all. They didn't try to upsell me on things I don't need, and I have no doubt they'll be there if anything goes wrong with my system in the future.

I think Quick Comfort is also probably the only company in the area willing to install heat pumps that customers buy themselves. Everyone else will only install equipment you buy through them.

10/10 - highly recommend
