What was disappointing, was the turnaround time it took to receive the required part. (7 days ground shipping time) Was out of hot water for 11 days.

Ricky has gone above and beyond to help us to get our less than 2 year old Rheem system working properly. The installer is no longer in the business and left us with quite a messy expensive system.
