Reviews of local pros in Colbert, Washington

I had a great experience with DG Contracting, who recently replaced my grandparents' roof. The sales team was professional and provided a detailed quote featuring shingles with a 50-year warranty. The crew's workmanship was excellent, and they left the site spotless. I highly recommend DG Contracting for any roofing needs!

My experience with DG Roofing was absolutely outstanding! Jason and the crew were not only extremely knowledgeable but also professional, courteous, and detail-oriented from start to finish. After a storm caused roof damage for a neighbor, another neighbor and I asked if the DG team could check our roofs as well— and I’m so grateful that they did! They discovered a missing ridge cap on my roof that had left an exposed gap. The team performed a thorough inspection, took photos, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They worked around my schedule to return and complete the repair — even adding a temporary fix in the meantime to ensure my home stayed protected.

It’s clear that the DG Roofing crew truly takes pride in their work. They operate seamlessly as a team, treat your property with care and respect, and deliver top-quality craftsmanship. I can’t recommend DG Roofing highly enough — professional, trustworthy, and genuinely dedicated to their customers. Thank you to the whole team — you will definitely be my go-to roofing specialists for any future projects!

Do you ever wish you’d had a do-over? This was a big one for me! I had shingles blow off- twice in two weeks! I called 2 contractors and had terrible experiences with both. I got Sam’s name from a gal I work with- I was desperate to get this fixed! Sam was kind, caring, professional and he was fair! More than fair- I’ll tell you that story sometime. What I appreciate most, someone caring about the work, but also about the person. Thank you Sam! I can’t wait to do business with you again- except not on my own roof! Ha ha! Appreciate you and your team more than you know!

Casey and Alan were great to work with and the crew was super fast and efficient. We have a small roof but they were able to do the whole job in one day!! Great job guys!!

We had our roof put on recently, and we're very pleased withe the results. I felt that they listened to my concerns regarding some problem areas and addressed them during the job. Done in 2 and a half days, and did very clean work. We can rest easy with our new, professionally installed roof.

After a strong windstorm blew off several shingles from my roof, I called DG Construction for help. They were incredibly responsive, showed up exactly when they promised, and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. The team did an outstanding job—the repair looks seamless, and they even cleaned up perfectly afterward. Professional, reliable, and skilled from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for any roofing needs. Highly recommend DG Construction to anyone in the area!

It was a pleasure working with DG to replace our old roof, at every step of the way. Their crew was amazingly efficient and did excellent clean up after stripping the old shingles. Moreover, they did the job at a fair and competitive price. The office responded promptly to our questions. We couldn't have been more pleased.

I had DG Roofing came and replace my roofing, siding and gutters on my house this past fall. The Roofing crew, siding crew and the gutter crew was a great crew, they were all very respectful to the property and their clean up was excellent. Haven’t found a nail, screw, siding, piece of roofing or gutter on the ground. Sam’s crews that he has working for him are something special and I am so glad that we hired him to work on the house.

After 31 years with our current roof it was time to replace the worn shingles. Contact numerous roofers for estimates and experience. Luckily I saw DG Roofers in my area and contacted them for an estimate and answers to my numerous questions. We agree on a price to replace my roof with GAF HDZ Shingles and establish a date. Ben and his crew arrived at my home and started the replacement. Right at the start he inform me of the procedure and what they will be doing. His entire crew were professional, motivated and respected my home. Any potential concerns they had was brought to my attention immediately. They truly changed the appearance of my home. I was very happy and amazed at the final product.

DG Contracting installed a roof for us this summer and we feel compelled to write a review due to the exceptional job they did. It was a bit of a complicated/unique situation as we were removing some metal roofing that a previously owner built on top of the old roof and reverting it back to a flat roof. A lot of other roofing companies we called refused to even do flat roofs or were intimidated by the less than straightforward design we wanted. Thankfully not Sam and his team at DG. They were efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. Even when unforeseen issues arose and we had to decide how to modify certain areas (due to the unique shape of our home), Jason and his team were always willing to answer questions and give expert input on the best path forward. Even with the large amount of people that were here demoing and then installing, we had zero complaints. Every worker was respectful, which is unheard of these days for a project of this size. Multiple times we caught ourselves saying how glad we were that we didn’t go with another company, as I’m sure the project would have stalled multiple times due to some issues that came up. Thankfully Sam had the resources/connections to get what was needed to finish the job. This was one of the best contractors we have worked with, and that’s saying a lot as we have done lots of remodeling on multiple previous homes. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

The absolute best! We had our roof done this week, and after reviewing several bids, we decided to go with DG Contracting. Stellar service from the top down. Everyone we came into contact with was professional and caring - Casey and Allen did a great job at the quote stage, explaining what we could expect as the job moved forward, Daniel and his crew did excellent work on tear down, replacement and clean up, and Sam the owner was such a gentleman at the job's completion, ensuring our satisfaction. Their quote was very reasonably priced and the materials they used were top notch. We highly recommend DG Contracting, and feel they are the gold standard!

DG Contracting did an amazing job- From the moment I called them…. to them finishing my roof.
I couldn’t have asked for a better contractor! They were so communicative, and even after the job was finished they reached out just to make sure everything was doing ok since I had a pretty good leak.
I have to say I am very impressed!! I will definitely recommend them!
Thank you Jason and crew for doing such an excellent job, and thank you Sam for reaching out before and after the job was completed!

As a local real estate agent I need good roofing contractors often to assess, fix, evaluate, or replace roofs on homes my buyers are buying and my sellers are selling. Sam and the team at DG are absolutely amazing. The team is always available quickly, competitively priced, and takes care of repairs the RIGHT way! If you need a roof repair/replacement - you should absolutely give these guys a call!

I just want everyone to know. I needed a roofer fast because I put a new bath tub and the airflow vent on my roof was put in. I called DG contracting llc roofing specialists. I got 4 men and two trucks same day. These guys were so nice and professionals. They got up there on my roof and did it 20 minutes. It's pretty cold out there. I am very pleased with the job. I want to say thank you so much. I will be calling again. Carol

Cannot believe how easy it was deal with DG Roofing contractor. We had been stressed about find an affordable, reliable, honest professional roofing contractor THEN we were blessed to find DC Roofing contractor. The teams that showed up, were professional and diligently worked together to get our old roof off, and installing a high quality new roof in 2 days. Our roof had many peaks and valley; the crews worked methodically on each roof section. They were meticulous in their cleanup of nails and debris around the house before they left the second day. We love the job they did and we especially love our new roof. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DG ROOFING to anyone needing a roof replaced.

Two professional, courteous, and friendly technicians came out to inspect my roof after I had noticed a few drips. They did not try to sell me a new roof (as another company had) since mine has several years left on it. They gave me good advice on attic condensation build up vs. a roof leak and information on what to watch out. I will be calling this company back when it is time for a new roof!

We had DG roofing do a roof on our shop. They were extremely quick getting back to us and getting the job done. I called one day and they came out the next and did the job. It looks great.

DG Roofing was excellent to work with. Jason came out and replaced a cap vent and also repaired a damaged ridge cap shingle that I wasn’t even aware of! The workmanship was top-notch and everything was handled professionally.

Allen was extremely informative and took the time to explain the condition of the roof and what needed attention. He was also very helpful throughout the process, answering questions and making everything easy to understand. I also want to thank Casey. He was very helpful and I really appreciated his help and professionalism. He made me feel like I was talking to a friendly neighbor instead of just talking to a stranger on the phone.

Overall, a great experience. Honest, knowledgeable, and high-quality work. I would absolutely recommend DG Roofing and will definitely use them again in the future.

I was referred to DG contracting by a roofing professional that provides asbestos surveys. He highly recommended DG Contracting after I reached out to him with questions regarding the asbestos survey that is required for a roofing demo job. I called Sam at DG Contracting and I was immediately struck by the no pressure manner of our conversation. Sam worked with me on the bid which exceeded my expectations tenfold! My only regret is not finding
DG Contracting first and wasting so much time getting unreasonable bids from three other roofing outfits in Spokane. Sam, the owner of DG Contracting and I agreed on a price and he had a crew show up when they were supposed to and promptly finished the job in one day. That included waiting two hours for the city inspector to okay the prep work! For peace of mind, be sure to work with a contractor who gets an asbestos survey and a permit. From tear off to re- roof his crew led by Jason and Ben were highly professional and after they left, it was hard to tell that the roof had been worked on because they cleaned up so well. Granted, it wasn’t a huge roof, but there were three layers to tear off and the logistics of accessing the structure. were not ideal. I can’t express how impressed and pleased I am with DJ Contracting’s performance. I think you will feel the same way I do after going through what could have been a stressful project. I’ve already recommended them to a friend who has some roofing needs.

Gets the job done, timely effective and a good crew.

Him and his crew go above and beyond to make sure your task is done right! They have good prices and are very friendly! We will definitely use gman for any project we have!
