I went in to the retail portion and was disappointed at their selection. I've never used their electrician side of things. The front desk staff knew very little, but did know who to ask to answer my question about product availability for a basic battery cable terminal (it wasn't available) overall, they were nice but very limited on the retail side.

I needed a breaker box replaced, Floener's gave me an estimate, showed up when they said they would, did the work professionally and cleaned up when done.

My name is Jim Wilson, My wife and I had Floener Electric do some very common, very simple work, add a couple 15amp outlets. One was installed behind our gas stove and one was installed behind the gas dryer and three ground fault outlets were replaced in the kitchen. No big project.
The two installers were professional and pretty quick! The two
installers were gone in approx 1-hour and 10-min. We thought,
wow that was fast and easy. But then the bill came. We were charged $600 dollars for labor!!! What a SHOCK! We went to
their office to chat about the bill. Here is how it works at Floener
Electric. They charge $120.00 per hour. The national average
(I looked), is $50.00 to $100.00 per hour. I told them your math is off. At $120.00 per hour, labor should have been $240.00 per man and times 2-men that is $480.00 not $600.00. Then they said we begin billing you when our guys start loading the truck and head to the job location. (Our house is 12-minutes from their shop!) We were also billed for the return to the shop. This is what brought the labor cost up to $600.00.
They over-charged on the parts! The ground fault outlets RETAIL
at ACE hardware in Colville were $22.00 we were charged $40.00.each. When you enter their storefront it's very nice! The
gentleman you will meet is very professional and friendly!
There is a sign just below his desk and it will tell you just how
professional Floener Electric is, quality, on time, best in town.
Do yourself a favor! Get a price before you have them do any
electrical at your home we learned the hard way!!

The Floener Electric team completed a wiring upgrade for Woodland Theatre in Kettle Falls, replacing 1940's wiring in several older sections of the theatre. The team completed the project in a timely manner and under budget! Excellent work.
