We needed a new gas furnace and wanted the ducts replaced under our house. We were not interested in a ductless system. From the beginning, we were contacted quickly and they bid was very reasonable. We also wanted the option to install AC later and we were provided options for this as well. Everyone is friendly and efficient. They did outstanding work and our little old house is so comfortable. Thank you!

We found this company to be very professional as they installed several ductless heating units in our cabins in Westport. They are priced right & easy to work with. We will definitely use their company again if we need their services.

Called to get pricing for an old furnace. Office was great to work with and friendly compared to other local HVAC companies (Robbin’s Air). Would do business with them based off of customer service.

We received some information that had us concerned about a potential gas leak so I called around looking for somebody who could check for the gas leak and make a repair. We have a gas water heater gas range, gas insert and a gas furnace all run on propane last year we had some remodel work done by less than reputable contractor who will remain nameless this contractor cut corners Jerry rig things, but didn’t properly install our water heater or our furnace. We since hired specialist to come out and make repairs so I was pleased to have Greg from Black Hills out to check for leaks and diagnose the problem He gave us a realistic estimate and will be back tomorrow with the parts needed to fix the leak. Thanks for the prompt service.

Great company to do business with. The guys who did the actual physical installation were the best. They went to great lengths to make sure I was pleased with every step of the installation and they answer all my questions completely.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. As a first time homeowner, they dismissed much of the stress of having my air con becoming inoperable. I asked them for a quote to replace my antiquated HVAC system and their proposal included multiple options that were easy to understand. We are very happy with our install, our improved energy usage, and all the prompt communication.

They did a good job installing the new system. Clean up appeared to be good but the patio table which they used during the installation was dirty.
