I've had many repairmen over the course of the 37 years I've been in my home and this is the first time I was smiling by the end of the job! Robert is highly experienced and knowledgeable and mentors others in his field. Victor was one of the lucky recipients of Roberts mentoring and joined Robert on this job. I couldn't have asked for a better team. I needed to replace the electrical panel which in no way would have been up to code today like it was 37 years ago. I also had just purchased a new kitchen stove and when I showed Robert the current electrical connection...which wasn't even attached with a face plate to the wall...just hanging out loose!!...he didn't break into laughter like I thought he might. :). He simply said he'd seen this before and yes we should probably make this right. I also wanted the new generator I just bought to be wired directly into the new panel so it would be a simple flip of a switch to convert the house to a generator in case of a power outage. I had numerous little things that needed fixed or upgraded and Robert kept me informed every step of the way. It did take a few days to complete everything but he always told me when he would show up and what they'd be working on. They both put in some long hours. Marilyn, Roberts wife, runs the office and she was always so quick to get back to me if I had any questions. I'll end this where I started.
