He was very helpful in identifying the leak which was coming from the boiler, not the washing machine, as we had thought. We got an HVAC crew out to fix it promptly, grateful Jon had not opened the wall behind the washer to find the leak! He did a fine job fixing the toilet and installing the new sink and was very pleasant and helpful. His charges were reasonable. We will definitely call him again.
