Advanced Electric has been an amazing company to work with for the past year in our new construction home in Lacey. The owner, Tim, is a delightful, incredible, talented man with an upbeat, positive personality who loves what he does. He is a man of perfection and it definitely shows in his work. He has done a long list of services at our home, including installing an ELAN smart home system, touch panels, indoor and outdoor speakers, ceiling fans, cameras, outlets, TV installation and set up, conduit for our future hot tub and sauna, shop lights, can lighting, dimmers, chandelier assembly and installation, generator, forklift charging station, repaired smoke detectors, set up our Bluetooth and so much more. He has visited our home numerous times to work on services that he has become much like family. My two-year old daughter calls him, "Papa Tim" and enjoys being around him while he works. She always has a smile on her face when he's at our home. My dog even enjoys laying next to his feet as he works and follows him around the house and yard.

If there have ever been issues with electrical work in our home, he was only a text away and made sure to clear his schedule to make time to fix the problem(s). He has gone out of his way, physically and figuratively to help us in every way possible and always has a positive, cheerful, bright attitude with a warm smile. His employees are wonderful and great to work with, as well. I highly recommend using Advanced Electric. I've told Tim many times that he is the coolest, most down-to-earth electrician I've ever met. If you decide to use them for any electrical services, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Advanced Electric since 2006. Tim's company did all the initial wiring on our new house and he was so very patient and a pleasure to deal with. So, when we decided on installation of a Security System, they were the top of our list. They did a great job for an affordable price and Tim went way above and beyond to educate us and have it working as expected. Again, this month, we needed his service again, and I have to say, we were very pleasantly surprised and pleased with his timely assistance to us. He was a huge help. We will definitely be calling on them again if we have any further electrical requirements. I would recommend them for their professionalism. Very satisfied return customer.

Umm what is this company? The more I looked into it, it’s not a real company called Edgewood plumbing experts. Then I looked at all the reviews and they are fake. From fake google accounts.
If you’re another plumbing company that’s fine but don’t pretend like you’re a local company.

The service was handled in a very organized manner. The technician completed the work without any confusion or delays.

The fix finally lasted this time. A recurring bathroom clog had been frustrating. Their technicians solved the root cause.

There was a hidden leak behind the wall that caused damp spots. They found it and repaired it with minimal damage. Felt relieved after seeing it fixed.

Was supposed to get a bid on replacing our furnace that quit working...been several weeks haven't heard from them. Called again, was supposed to hear from someone they never called.

Aire-Pro is a highly recommended company, they listen and care, and have the means and knowledge, to act.
I have a walk in Freezer, that went up in temperature on a 90 degree weekend, I called my technician that I had been using to find and fix the problem, he told me that it was a capacity issue, and that there was nothing more he could do, And left me with a warm freezer. after that news, I called AIRE-PRO for a second opinion, they came out and diagnosed a Refrigerant Feeding Problem, they made an adjustment , checked for leaks and felt confident that the problem was solved ... the very next morning my Freezer had reached the desired Temperature, and actually cycled off, absolutely Incredible !!! They need to learn how to drive. Their van cut off multiple people, wasn’t using their blinkers, driving alone in the hov lane. I imagine their work is as bad as their driving.
