We had an emergency situation at our house where we lost power entirely and were unable to have it back on until some repair/replacement was done on our meter socket and the service drop. We reached out to BT Solutions at 2 am and received a response back at 6 am. Their crew arrived at our house at 10 am and worked diligently to resolve the issue. The communication was fantastic. They explained the action plan and got to work without wasting any time. They were efficient, reliable, and clearly very knowledgeable. To top it off, the pricing was very reasonable despite us being in a very desperate situation. We found the crew and the owners to be very trustworthy and highly recommend them for all your electrical needs.

My partner and I hired BT Solutions to finish the electrical portion of a large remodeling job that another company had made into a nightmare. After firing that other company with the project still unfinished, we hired BT Solutions to come in and finish the work. Marcus from BT provided the hope and breath of fresh air that we needed.

From our first conversation and throughout our time working with him, Marcus was professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done, he was empathetic and compassionate towards us as we navigated the mess left by the previous company, and we felt like he really listened to us, heard our concerns and goals, and helped to reassure and ground us as we navigated the situation. The work he and his team performed was thorough and of high quality.

Marcus and his team came into a job that had been half-done by another company and was rife with problems caused by that other company - no permits (the previous company agreed to pull them but did not), code violations, missing electrical inspections, circuits closed into walls without inspections, malfunctioning fixtures and circuits...the list goes on and on. It's not easy to come onto a job site like that, analyze the work that had been done, identify problems and correct them, before going on and finishing the remaining work left undone, but Marcus did an excellent job from start to finish.

We had major concerns about the quality of the work that had been done and fears about potential fires from improper electrical wiring; Marcus inspected and corrected all of the work that had been done prior to us hiring him, including a lot that had been closed up behind drywall, and then walked us through what he found, which provided us enormous reassurance regarding the safety of our home.

In addition to the aforementioned inspections and repairs, Marcus obtained permits to cover all of the electrical work, which had been a big source of anxiety for us ever since we discovered that the previous company had not pulled them. Marcus restored power to a bunch of electrical outlets, installed a fan that we had been told by the previous company could not be installed, replaced several light fixtures, fixed issues with our electrical panels, and brought the wiring of a newly-installed ductless heat pump up to code.

We are glad to have worked with BT Solutions to finish this electrical remodel, and we hope to hire them in the future whenever we have electrical work that needs to be done. We had an excellent experience, and give Marcus and BT Solutions our highest recommendation.

They were punctual, courteous, and completed the work professionally. From now on, we will rely exclusively on BT Solutions for any electrical issues.
