I called Marcus with BT when I desperately needed someone to come fix some electrical issues I was having in my guest house. He was professional over the phone, told me he would come that same evening to take a look. He promptly showed up, took a look and was very communicative about what he would do to resolve the issue. This guest house has old wiring and Marcus was knowledgeable as well as confident in his ability to repair what I needed. We scheduled for him to come back a few days later to complete, and of course he was right on time and fixed everything he said he would. I was overall very pleased with this outcome, especially since another company wasn’t able to repair what I needed, but once I called Marcus I was in good hands! I will be using this company again in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Marcus from BT-Solutions for a remodel/addition of our single family home in Redmond.

We were on the lookout for an Electrical contractor who can think out of the box, provide practical recommendations and be flexible to work closely with our main contractor for the project. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, Marcus, Alex & their team exhibited the utmost professionalism and expertise. They were punctual, courteous, and demonstrated a deep understanding of the electrical wiring and systems needed in my house.

What impressed me the most was their meticulous attention to detail. They thoroughly assessed the project, time needed to complete the project, how to meet the electrical requirements and code for the city and handle all the permit work related to passing inspections in a timely manner & finishing the work. They provided a transparent and fair time and cost estimate upfront which really helped us streamline our remodel project.

The BT solutions team made sure we were happy with their work and recommendation all throughout the project and they continue to meet that customer satisfaction bar even post completion of the project and have addressed any and all electrical concerns we have had post the hand over.

We even hired the BT solutions team for helping us with our holiday lighting setup and installation of new post lights and they did a phenomenal job on this project as well.

Marcus will very professional in communication and approach. He did an amazing job in installing my Tesla charger and connecting it to the electrical panel. He was really fast in his work and had it done within 35 min. I will definitely use him again for my future electrical needs.

Excellent customer service, quick scheduling, accessible for communication and they clearly know what they're doing. We had a tough inspection that required additional work and they were very professional about handling it. Not overly priced like the big companies. I got a panel replaced and they were very neat about it, labeling each breaker vs just scribbling it on.

I’m VERY happy with their work. There was a problem at my electrical panel and I essentially had no electricity. Marcus totally understood the inconvenience and urgency of the situation on the phone.

After working another project all day, he and Dillion came to the house at 6:30 that same night, diagnosed the problem, and got me up and running in 2 hours. (I was still waiting to hear back from Brand X.). Communication wa great as I was kept informed of their ETA. Cost was reasonable and Marcus didn’t sell me a bunch of services I didn’t need.

Customer service goes a long way for me. Marcus and his team went above and beyond to take care of me. He and Dillion were both personable, courteous, and professional. Clean-up was great. I’d definitely recommend them and will call them again if I have future electrical needs.

Unprofessional experience, poor accountability, and multiple issues caused during work.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with this electrician has been extremely disappointing and important to share.

I hired this company for electrical work in my home, and multiple issues occurred immediately after their visits. Most recently, a heater circuit that had always worked stopped functioning right after their team completed work in the attic/panel area. Instead of taking responsibility or even responding promptly, I was told the failure was my fault and due to the “old wiring,” even though this circuit had been operating perfectly before their work.

This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this pattern. On more than one occasion, something stopped working immediately while or after their team left, and the blame was placed on existing wiring rather than the work that was done. Their team also caused water damage during their visit, which was again was blamed in plumbing.

When I reached out for help because my Airbnb guests were left without heat during freezing weather, I received no response for hours. When the electrician finally replied, the message was dismissive, unprofessional, and offered no real solution other than telling me to run extension cords around the house.

Good contractors stand by their work, take accountability, and communicate professionally—especially when their actions directly impact safety and comfort. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

BT Solutions was just what we needed — efficient and skilled. Marcus installed two new exterior outlets and fixed a flickering issue with our kitchen lights. Great guy, excellent work and a very reasonable price.

Great service from BT Solutions on my panel swap and EV charger install. Zach was prompt and efficient. After some bad contractor experiences I was hesitant to tackle this project as electrical work is never cheap but their pricing was fair, the best I found after a lot of research. And the results are outstanding. Now I can charge my EV in an hour instead of overnight and have a panel that is up to code. Give them a call for your next project.

I recently hired Marcus from the BT Solutions to take care of some electrical work in my old house, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. I had an excellent experience with Electrician. They were professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They helped me install Tesla wall mount and quickly diagnosed the issue with one of the failed switch and completed the repairs efficiently, ensuring everything was working perfectly before leaving. Marcus and company are great. His quote was quite reasonable, he was very helpful and I appreciated his honesty. He was the only one of the 5 + estimators that took the time to look at our stove's wiring/junctions box to see if it could power the new one. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication that kept me up to date on arrival. Very friendly and fixed my GFCI issues. Not only did everything get fixed but he explained what was done was so I could fix similar issues on my own in the future.

STRONGLY NOT recommended. Worst work I have ever seen in my life.
We asked them to install three new plug outlets and they dug four holes in order to complete their work. And all the holes are done without asking in advance. Some of those holes look really unnecessary because it’s very close to an existing one. Yes we were told that drywall damage was possible, but that does not mean it’s OK to dig this many holes anywhere without any serious considerations. And I don’t think that should done by any experienced electricians.

Anyway the pictures tell everything, so if you don’t mind to pay another $500 to fix your wall after you already paid $1000 for three 15amp plugs and 6 hours for their work you could definitely still hire them.

And moreover, they left a mess without any cleaning.

Besides that, we first had an appointment with them on a Tuesday morning. They just disappeared the whole day without any explanations and rescheduled for that Friday morning and didn’t show up until noon.

Marcus and Dillon arrived on schedule. The work was as requested and top notch. They were very professional and took care to minimize disruption while I was working. The quote was spot on and they took time to clean up thoroughly. I highly recommend BT Solutions and will use them for any future work.
