Cisco electric has done a great job at our Shoreline house, they have provided a quality work and all of their staff are so professional, and I would definitely recommend their service to others.

Nick came in to run new power for my hot water tank installation. He was professional, on time, and worked quickly. He was was also accommodating and efficient in working with the hot water tank installlers. Price came in at the quote. Would use them again

They were right on time. Mike was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. He got right to work & figured out the problem quickly, The problem was fixed quickly & things looked better after than before. We had a loose wire in a socket which connected to our light switch caused it to stop working.

The team at Cisco electric was able to re-wire our entire 1930's knob and tube plaster wall home with minimal intrusion. I don't know how Noel did it! A pleasure to work with - highly recommended!

Rats chewed through some outlet wires behind the wall in my kitchen. Michael (initials MAJ) arrived to my house ~5-10 minutes early. He completed the work within a couple of hours. He even helped me move my dishwasher to get to the wires (I was unable to move it myself). He was friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. I'd highly recommend Cisco Electric - and Michael (MAJ) specifically - to anyone in need of wiring repairs.

Noel and Brittany from CiscoElectric did a wonderful job to put our microwave on its own line. They also upgraded our outdoor lighting, replaced some non-functioning outlets and installed an energy monitor. They were prompt, polite and very efficient. I highly recommend Cisco Electric.

Had Cisco Electrical perform work on our house for Fischer Heating/Air and Plumbing (sub contracted). They installed both a 240V heat pump circuit along with a 20 amp service outlet near the heat pump disconnect. Work performed was excellent and would recommend Cisco Electric for any of your electrical needs.

Cisco’s reputation for excellence was borne out in every way during my project. I faced the challenge of a significant project (new service panel) while living 800 miles away from the family property. I could not meet with Cisco in person, but because of their professionalism and precise communication, the project went off without a hitch. At every step, Cisco’s professionalism reassured me that the job would be done to the highest standard. At the scheduled install date Seattle was hit with a historic snowfall, making travel hazardous for several days. But Cisco communicated so well that I was able to keep the tenants informed as circumstances changed, and the project went off without a hitch. The office staff also accommodated my request to use a sales tax exemption certificate for a car charger circuit. I appreciate that Cisco attended to even this small detail.

Noel was great! We thought we were going to have to replace a ceiling fan. He helped repair our old one but the real reason it was not working was a hidden switch upstairs that got turned off when we had our house painted. He helped us figure that out. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Cisco Electric.

I am hesitant to write a review because I think this company is a hidden gem that I want to keep to myself. After being frustrated by several electricians lack of availability, pricing, and overall customer service, I finally put my project out on a website that connects you with electricians. Cisco Electric contacted me within an hour of my request. Frankie couldn't get out for an in-home estimate for weeks so he took a lot of time on the phone listening to project details, answering questions, and providing information due to my rushed timeline. He spent even more time via email answering more questions. Within a week, Nick came out to my home and completed the project. He was personable, pleasant to have around, & talked through what he was doing so I understood. There was one small problem afterwards and Nick came back out the very next morning to fix it. I am pleased to have been connected with Frankie and his team. I received exceptional customer service and was able to get scheduled fast....all for an affordable price! I would use them again for future projects.

Did a wonderful job! Was efficient and worked to troubleshoot the problem quickly. Once it was determined that new fixtures were required, worked on installing a ceiling fan while I went and purchased the new fixtures. Tried to save me money while also doing the job correctly. Will use them again if needed and will recommend to friends.
