HVAC reviews in Edmonds, Washington

Great service, wonderful people that you can trust. They won't rip you off.

Returned my phone call promptly. Arrived right on time. Diagnosed my furnace problem quickly. Took time to educate me and discuss all my options. Excellent experience; I will use this company in the future.

I called Olympic heating because my furnace went out. Initially I thought it was a simple fix, but after talking to Shawn I learned that the problems were more widespread. He was really friendly on the phone and came out just a couple of hours after I had called.

Sean was excellent - he came out to our house on the same day we spoke, and what I feared would be an expensive issue turned out to be much less than that. We will use Olympic going forward for all our heating needs. Thank you for keeping us warm, Sean!!

I have used Olympic Heating for many years, and totally trust them. Last year they warned me my 21 year old furnace was near the end of its life, but they cleaned it and I got another year out of it.
They were helpful and amused finding and retrieving the rat carcass from the furnace, that stunk up the whole house.
Father and two sons - they really care about their customers, will give you a straight answer.

Furnace went out last night, called PSE who isn't doing service calls during COVID and didn't provide any recommendations just told me to call a local heating service! Was referred to these folks by my soon to be son in law, they called me back right away, had someone out to my home within a couple hrs and had my furnace up and running again in less then an hr! Are you kidding me? Fantastic, warmth is wonderful! Thank you Sean for your quick and awesome work. A definite rare find in this day and age! I will be using this service forever!

Sean and Pat are true professionals. I called and explained my issues and they responded promptly and came out to diagnose and resolve the issues with my heating system. It's so difficult to find a reliable, reasonably priced, and timely company, but Olympic Heating encompasses all three and so much more. Highly recommended! Thank you Sean and Pat.

I am truly grateful to Sean for coming out to fix our furnace, and within just a few days of my calling about a dead furnace (in need of a new inducer motor) and cold house.

I called three businesses to get quotes for both a repair and replacement. Two companies insisted that repair was a waste of time and a new furnace was a necessity. On the other hand, Sean at Olympic was the only one who talked me through the value of fixing the broken motor and gave me perspective on about how much life would be left in the furnace if I went with a repair instead of replacement. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a new furnace AND the quote for a repair was 1/3 the cost of what another company quoted me. Fixing the motor was obviously the much more affordable option for me, but Olympic will now have my business when it does come time to replace the furnace.

In an era where a customer can look up information online, a company that treats their customers with transparency and integrity is always the better option.

I'm a first time home owner and have no experience when it comes to heating systems or repair companies, so I feel like I lucked out finding Olympic Heating. Sean was awesome, fair and fast. He fixed my problem in minutes and took the time to answer all of my ignorant questions. Also, I guess I called at the perfect time because he got to my house faster than UberEats!

As a new home owner, I'm happy I've found Olympic Heating and look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks again, Sean!

Hands down the best heating service company I’ve used! Sean has come twice now to help with issues in our new house and is always so quick to get us scheduled and so helpful to help me understand the current issue with our furnace. I’ll be a customer for life and am so thankful to have found him! Would absolutely recommend.

Great family owned company. Father and sons in business for many decades. Sean, Pat and Randall have taken care of all my heating and hot water tank needs (service, maintenance, new installations) professionally and at a fair price in 5 different homes. Very service oriented people. Highly recommended!

These guys are great and honest. After dealing with another company who were unsatisfactory, and first quoted me a price of over 14000 for a new furnace, I called Olympic. Olympic came out to see if my furnace could be repaired. They gave me all the facts and let me make up my mind based on solid information. Olympic sold and installed the same furnace that the other company recommended for 7500. They were quick, clean, respectful and informative. They also took into consideration some special requests and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

My cat is also happy to have her heating vent back. :-)

AirGanic to the rescue I called them for a commercial air duct cleaning in Bothell after some major allergies flared up Jesten was fantastic in scheduling a quick appointment and soon enough James and Patrick were at my door their professionalism and equipment were top-notch they guided me through the process so I knew what to expect the air quality now is drastically improved even visitors notice the difference happy to say there’s no looking back

No call / no show for an inspection/estimate for attic insulation replacement. I set up a day/time, confirmed it with them, and then never heard back. Well. I got the email survey asking “how did we do?” Badly. You did badly. Guess I’ll take my business to someone who wants it?

We were serviced by Patrick, Tyson, and Dakota today and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Great attention to detail with a difficult duct system, showed up on time, and left the house clean.
