They arrived on time and didnt charge for the "inspection", but that's about where the good ends. I talked with Jesten on the phone and asked to get it looked at to see if it needs to be replaced. She assured me they would look at it and see if it can be repairs. She did let me know that they no longer do repairs, which I was fine with. When Branden arrived he was stand offish the whole 10 minutes he was there. He said he couldn't do an inspection and then asked what I wanted to do. I let him know I was told that he could look at it to see if it is repairable, he said we dont do repairs so I can only give you a quote for a replacement. He did his thing and said I would have the quote in a couple days, its a week later and still no quote. If I would have known that he would spend 30 seconds looking at the furnace I wouldnt have wasted either of our time, but I was assured they would look at it. To say the least I ended up going in a different direction. Another company came out and did a diagnostic on the furnace, the furnace can be repaired.

While initially I was very pleased with our service of having the dryer vents cleaned, 2 days later my tenant reported the dryer was taking TWICE as long to dry as before the cleaning. I called the company that day, No one was available to take my call, so I left a message. It is 2 days later, and my call still has snot been returned. My tenant reported that she tried another load today, with the same results. It takes twice as long to dry. I will try again on Monday to reach the office.

After noticing my fuzzy air ducts, called and scheduled an appointment with AirGanic. Patrick and Dakota arrived right on time explaining the work they would do. They were a great team working efficiently throughout the house.
