I had some angle stops under my kitchen sink that were leaking. I looked around and a lot of plumbing companies would charge just to get the technicians out to my place to look at the issue.

But with Mike's they just asked me take a picture, text it to them. They were able to diagnose the issue from the pictures, and they gave me a very good quote!

The only thing I would like to see from Mike's Plumbing is a bit more communication between them and the client.
I would like to see an email sent out with the work date, estimated time of arrival of the technicians, and estimated cost of work.

Aside from my very nit picky issue, Mike's plumbing were able to fix my issue, quickly, and at a very reasonable price!

We couldn't be any more happy with Mike's Plumbing! They fast tracked our repair since our fridge decided to break down. And the guys that came out were awesome! Super efficient, fast, professional and friendly. They were in and out in no time. Highly recommended!

when I noticed I had an issue I called Mikes, and they were there in less than 2 hours. Miguel was wonderful making sure I knew all the moves he was going to have to make in terms so i knew what was happening. They had to go thru the roof vent, and he was very precise and clear going out to the road to clear anything that could cause any issue. He provided an estimate up front as to what it would cost and was under the estimate when done. They did a great job and i recommend them to everyone now they are my go-to for any plumbing repairs. I have worked with Mike’s Plumbing over the last 20 years and they have also been exceptional. When my sewage pipe became clogged for unknown reasons, they truly went above and beyond to solve the problem – and save me a fortune!

I can honestly say this was one of the best service experiences I've ever had! Mike’s team went above and beyond – doing detective work to identify the root of the problem and work with my neighbors and their contractors to save me a fortune.

I had a common problem with a clogged sink, and another company couldn't fix it, trying to charge me double. Mike's plumbing came in, fixed the issue, and had some great suggestions for a few other matters my house has. I'll definitely call them again! Nice guys, super friendly, and arrived on time. They were also nice to my giant pup; can't beat that!

I recently had a whole-house generator installed by an electrical contractor. They had a sub-contractor do the gas piping for the project.

The job involved running gas piping through the crawl space, penetrating out through the wall of the house, dropping down into a pre-dug 2ft trench that went out around behind the generator, then coming up and connecting into the back of generator.

When the sub-contractor Technician “finished" the job and left, I had numerous issues with what he had done. The plumbing sub-contractor agreed to have someone come out and fix everything, only they sent out the same Technician who had created all the problems in the first place ie the same guy who thought he had done it “right" the first time. On his second visit he made the original problems worse, and added to them. At this point, I “fired” the plumbing subcontractor, and on my own hired Mike’s Plumbing to completely re-do the entire trench portion of the job.

I have used Mike’s Plumbing numerous times in the past for remodels of a laundry room and 2 bathrooms, as well as a repair of my sewer line. I have always been happy with their work, and everyone has always been very professional, competent and thorough. This job was a bit trickier in that they had to tie-in to a portion, and then re-do a portion, of another plumber's poor quality work. And yet they were entirely professional the entire time, and there was no “bad-mouthing” of the other company (except by me.) Also, while in the crawl space they discovered my toilet was leaking, creating a lake on the moisture barrier plastic. This is something the other plumber would also had to have seen, but Mike brought it to my attention, and went ahead and fixed the problem.

I had a plumbing leak 2 days before Christmas 2024. I contacted Mike's that day and gratefully, they were able to send a plumber the very same day - even with the upcoming holiday. He repaired the problem promptly. He was friendly and worked efficiently. I recommend Mike's highly and will definitely call them again if I need a plumber!

Mike's Plumbing is the go-to plumber for my condo complex. They were very prompt at replacing my unit's hot water tank and its leaky cold water supply valve. I thought the total cost was high (lower $2000s) but it was because of all of the extras required by city codes to install in a multiple unit building and not because the hot water tank itself was overpriced (below $1000). Because my condo's management company trusts them, and I've been happy the two times I've used them, I recommend them.

We’re a condo complex in Edmonds and have needed plumbing services several times over the past year, most recently the week of 1/15/24 due freezing temps. Yep - a broken pipe!! Mikes staff is tops at communicating in advance as well as keeping their customer updated on their tech’s ETA. They’ve been great in doing all possible to meet our needs in a timely manner. Their dispatch staff? Fabulous! Each tech sent to us explains what they’re doing and why, when alternatives are an option they’re explained. IMO their rates are very fair. You can count on them and that’s worth a lot!!

We needed a sewer line repair and installation of a 50 ft. liner. Cody from Mike's Plumbing came out and provided us with a free estimate. He scoped the line, explained the work, answered my questions, and was quick in providing a fair estimate. Everyone I talked to, from scheduling, excavation crew, installers to accounting, was friendly and eager to answer all my questions. I particularly liked how all the workers were so professional in explaining the different steps, the equipment used, and the timeline that was required. They even provided us with a video of the installation upon completion. This was a job well done!

Hired Mike's Plumbing for a replumb job under the kitchen sink. From getting the bid to scheduling service to completion of work, the experience was 5-stars worthy. Not only was scheduling easy, but the team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful every step of the way. They took time to answer all of my questions. The work itself was impeccable. I was impressed with the quality of work--the guys that came out took care to select the proper piping for the job and replaced horizontal runs, aged parts, and unnecessary sections of the drain to drastically improve it. After getting bids from 4 other local plumbers and getting to understand the work they would've performed, Mike's was and is the clear winner when it comes to great work at a fair price. Will definitely hire them for future home projects.

I have been very happy with Mike's Plumbing and have been recommending them to friends since my first service in 2021. I had used 4 other companies since buying my home in 2017, before finding Mike's and using them for maintenance hydro jetting of my backed-up sewer line; the line is old and branches were causing back ups annually (however, when Mike's did the job, it did not back up again for 3 years - obviously doing a better job than the other companies.) Mike's Plumbing did the best job and were honest and professional. They didn't try to sell me services I didn't need, like the other plumbing companies. When I had an emergency I called them without hesitation, knowing I would get fair, professional, and thorough service - and I was right! They quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem - the water line needed to be replaced - they gave me an estimate, answered all of my questions, and did a great job, completed on time for a fair price. They were even concerned about digging up the plants in my yard and discussed it with me before starting the job. Mike's Plumbing far surpasses other companies I've tried and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need.

I was working with a competitor, “The Plumbing Physician” (who did great work).

They recommended Mike’s Plumbing for a plumbing scope because they’d do it at the cheapest rate $260.

They did not tell me that Mike’s Plumbing would not send me the video.

I called on four occasions, each time Mike’s Plumbing promised to send the scope. On the third call, I verified my email and account with them. They told me Kaitlyn (who was out at the time) is the person who assists with this.

So, I waited a week for Kaitlyn to return and called again. Kaitlyn said it’d be sent over, but that was not the case.

1 month later, $260 spent, and no video. I guess it was a bargain for a reason.

Hired Mike's Plumbing with confidence (due to the reviews online) in 2023 to fix a 2nd floor shower drain which was leaking and needed replacement.

However, 2 years later there is water leaking from that same spot. We've not had any other plumbers to come work on that area and was told I would be charged as a new customer and it would be over $600 for a plumber to come and fix it AGAIN.

This is a leak in the exact same area which was supposedly fixed previously, if we are being charged full price again, why would I go back to them? What would give us confidence they would even fix the issue this time? (Totally understand if it is a different or new issue causing the leak but to be charged regardless even if they root cause it to be due to the same work/parts that they supplied previously, is frustrating and disappointing).

Do yourself a favor and go with a different company that stands by the integrity of their work.

Alec and Thomas came to help with two leaky faucets and replace old FlowTite valves. They were incredibly professional, courteous, and took the time to explain unexpected issues clearly and calmly. Their work was excellent, and we’re very pleased with the service. A big shout-out as well to Tyler, who answered my call and patiently addressed some initial questions—his reassurance set the tone for a great experience. We’ve definitely found our go-to plumbing company!

Other than my own amazing experience with Mike’s Plumbing, I can honestly say that every single person I know who has done business with them absolutely adores Mike. That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident — it takes hard work, integrity, and real character to build a company like this, and even more to sustain it over the years.

Spent several hours troubleshooting my backed up kitchen sink last night to no relief. I contacted the main office this morning where I chatted with Sandra(Cindy? sry) and Taylor as we talked about my issue and they coordinated with dispatch. Several hours later Steve and Aiden arrived, assessed the situation, and got me working again in a couple of hours of hard work.
Throughout the process I could tell communication between the main office and techs was solid, Steve and Aiden arrived fully apprised of my conversation with the office and got straight to troubleshooting after pleasant introductions.
As I sat at my computer last night stewing in frustration that I couldn't fix the issue myself, while searching for local reputable expertise I came across multiple reviews of Mike's Plumbing highlighting qualities of transparency and honesty. From my first call to farewell, these qualities resonated in every interaction. I will be using Mike's Plumbing again. Thank you!
