Called at 5:15 on Friday Night on a holiday weekend, Tyler was at my door with his gear at 7 PM. It required four hours of work that he accomplished while we were in the middle of having a weekend. I’ve never had a better experience with a worker in my house than with the Tyler both because of how effective he was and because of how pleasant and upbeat he was. Action Jackson came through again with professionalism, thoroughness, timely and friendly service. From the lady that answered my initial call for help with warm and helpful scheduling, having Action Jackson representative Bobby show up in less than 35 minutes, and getting everything cleaned out and leaving the area like he and his assistant found it. To say I'm a happy customer and have NO hesitation recommending this wonderful family-owned business is a true understatement!

Action Jackson was extremely timely and very reasonably priced. They were onsite in about in hour from when I called them and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend them and will for sure be using them next time.

Today I called Action Jackson for a clogged sewer at my elderly parents house. I had one other company out there before Action and we found we needed a jetter & camera! I called Action which was referred to me by the other company. I was quoted a price for the job. Tyler and Jake were dispatched to the job! They both knew what they needed for the job to be complete. They brought their Jetter and was in contact with me the whole time from arriving on the job site, to during the job and after. Communication was top notch! Their skill on how to complete the job was fast & efficient. they both were knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about! I would definitely call Action Jackson again the in the future! I even talked to the owner at the beginning of the job and he was honest & straightforward with me and made sure my family was taken care of! If I could give them more than 5* I definitely would! The team was professional, communicative, and efficient throughout the entire process. Shower handle had become stiff and difficult to turn. Their experts opened the valve assembly and replaced the worn part. Everything was lubricated and adjusted properly. Shower works smoothly now.

Mike's has been our go-to plumber since we moved into our house in 2021 and they have been consistent, professional, courteous and fair in pricing. Mike will tell you himself, he may not be the lowest price in town (in most instances, they were honestly right there with everyone else or cheaper) but the work they do is quality. We have plumbing systems from 1956 and Mike's has been more than helpful in explaining what fixes are absolutely necessary vs what may be extraneous or even outright dangerous. Mike, Miguel, Sean, David, Javi and their whole team are consistent, show up on time and are extremely professional. On several instances Mike's quoted labor and time and when the crew finished the job early, they took money off of the original quote and only charged for hours worked. Honesty is huge for me and this only makes me trust them more. We have used them for several large projects (7k+) and for several smaller ones and each time we were really happy with the results. If you need a trusted plumber who is consistent and cares about quality, give Mike's a call.

My shower clogged pretty suddenly—took maybe 45min to drain fully one day when previously it had only been slightly slow. I was leaving the country in a few days, but Mike’s Plumbing was able to come out the next day! They were very nice on the phone and the guys that came out were also very nice. They were efficient and professional and kept everything clean! Their price was also reasonable. I’ve used them several times and have been super happy with them every time!

I reached out to Mike's Plumbing along with a few other plumbing services when I discovered a large crack in the bowl of my powder room toilet and needed it replaced. Mike's got back to me promptly (within 24 hours) and were actually the only service provider that even bothered to respond.
Their office team and service technicians were all friendly and professional and the work was done in a tidy and efficient manner. Plus, their quote came in at about $300 less than the average costs I was seeing online.
I also received a lovely thank you card from Mike and his wife in the mail after my service appointment.

Mike's plumbing and drain cleaning is the best and most reliable plumbing company i've had the pleasure of using. They do great work and are trustworthy. I am quick to recommend them to friends and family.

First day called them, for ~20min a nice guy (don’t know his name) collected all my information including pictures for estimates. I gave them everything they asked for in less than 2h.

Then they were supposed to give me an estimate, but I heard nothing from them for a whole day, I texted them again and they said their technician will give me a quote soon. One more day and radio silence, I asked another plumbing company today and they fixed the leak in my kitchen in a few hours (quality work and fair price).

I’m not sure how hard is to provide quote after asking several questions and several pictures (wasting everyone’s time). If the information was not enough they could ask for more, if it was enough why I never heard from them.

If you have an emergency issues, I don’t recommend them as you may wait for days with no results.

Mike and his team are great. They are thorough and get things done right, and prices are fair. I’ve had the chance to work with the team several times already and each time I am happy to have that peace of mind the job is done well. We have had some shower drain work, sewer line repair, work in bathroom, and now planning some bigger replumbing projects and I am glad to have a plumber I can trust to help plan/stage things out. We used Mike's Plumbing and Drain for a sewer lining project. Not only were they competitively priced, our job was completed below estimate and we were refunded the difference, saving thousands over the quote we had gotten from another company. Friendly office staff, prompt service, and a video of the completed project. They made an unpleasant situation so much better! Update: Recently called them on Thanksgiving weekend and they came out same-day and did a water heater replacement for us. Great service as usual!
