The tech who scoped my line during our yearly maintenance found a blockage in the pipe that goes to my drain field. He used new technology to find the problem. Great job! Michael and Alexis came out to fix the problem, they showed up on time, were very professional and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend this company!

I had a really good experience with Sewer Friendly, even with a challenging side sewer relining project. I’m especially grateful to Gabriel, Jesus, Rodo, Tamel, Masa, John, Gus, Izzy, Ignacio, Jeff, and Thomas for the positive attitude they brought every day. They reassured me whenever I had concerns, were honest about challenges, and always found solutions with a “can-do” mindset. Each of them also spoke positively about their work, were very thorough throughout the project, and they left my concrete and landscaping in better shape than when we started. I would highly recommend them for any sewer work!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Sewer Friendly. Their quote came in the lowest and they completed the work right away in a quality manner. As the job went on, the plumber scoped the pipe, and determined part of the job would not be needed, saving me even more money. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing this kind of work, call these guys.

Anything sewer, I will absolutely be calling Sewer Friendly! I am a new homeowner in a 1940s home with 80+ year old concrete sewer pipes. The pipe was degraded and had multiple locations of breakage and root growth. I sought three competitive bids and all three affirmed that lining the pipe was the recommended. Sewer Friendly stood out because they were by far the most knowledgeable and experienced with sewer liners AND they were the most affordable! Thomas gave me confidence in their work and he and his team - Izzy, Masta, and Gabriel - did a fantastic job! They were professional, answered my 20+ questions, checked in with me, and were all around great. I cannot recommend them enough. High value results for a reasonable, competitive cost.

These guys are great. I had a broken sewer line going from the house to the main line in the street. The problem was a grounding pole driven through the pipe, apparently during construction in 2006! They came out the day after I called them for an estimate. Thomas, Goose, and Goose's brother were professional, pleasant, and efficient in diagnosing the problem. I hired them and they started within two days.
Goose was the lead. He had crews of Ignacio, Chucho, John, and Tamel at different times. All were friendly, efficient workers.
Customer communication was handled by Caleb. He gets things done, and I never felt abandoned. It’s a pleasure to give them five stars.

Great experience from start to finish. We called 5 plumbing/sewer companies to help us with a blocked sewage line. Friendly Sewer was the most knowledgeable, trust worthy, and easy to work with. Rodo and Gabriel came to replace to line and were there on time, completed it quickly, and were pleasant to work with. Will recommend this company to everyone we know!

We had a challenging side-sewer project in spring 2025, and Sewer Friendly did an incredible job of saving us from digging up our sidewalk and street. The job started with another company but we ran into trouble with them. I asked for 3 bids from different sewer companies and we liked Sewer Friendly the best because of their amazing customer service, their competitive bid, their expertise, their creative problem solving, and the fact that they owned all the specialized equipment (robots and such) that other companies lease out. Thomas and Caleb were wonderful to work with. All the technicians who worked on the project were friendly and polite. The clean up looked great. I highly recommend Sewer Friendly and we'll be using them going forward for all our scoping and annual maintenance.

The boys all did a great job. Rodo and Gabriel were very friendly and communicative, and made what was otherwise a messy and frustrating situation very easy to deal with. They were also very considerate about cleaning the space and returning it to how it looked beforehand. I definitely recommend them!

We first connected with them when our real estate agents hired them to do a sewer scope for a house we were buying. Wow. Okay, so we had an issue, early AM on 12/24. Downstairs toilet backed up from blockage in sewer line. We were headed out of town so couldn't have come at a worse time. Sister-in-law who is a real estate agent got them to come within a couple of hours to scope the line (while we were at the airport) and they got us estimates right away. Besides holidays and already being booked we were able to schedule them to come out first thing in the morning the day after we got back (01/02). They were able to flush the line clear and everything back to normal in just under an hour.

The response, the professionalism and work was excellent. Would definitely call them again for any issues.

This company lives up to their name! Very friendly team! I had been working with Caleb on an estimate for a liner. He was very helpful sharing information and very communicative throughout. It so happened that we had a backup during the process. He was quick to send his team over within the hour of me calling for help! Thomas and Jeff came and saved the day with a quick jetting. We will be getting our liner done this spring with Sewer Friendly!

We had an excellent experience with Sewer Friendly. Our home sits at the bottom of a slope, and heavy rain would send runoff straight into our yard. Combined with a collapsed drain field, this caused severe ground saturation and frequent flooding in our driveway—and even our basement—whenever it rained hard.

great team at Sewer Friendly. we chose them after looking at several local sewer teams. the main reason we chose them was because it is a family run business with great customer care. Caleb in the front office was really responsive. The team that came to do the work was amazing. Action Jackson came early, they were very easy to communicate with; even after hours.

When we went into the unit that had a clogged toilet and bathtub they assessed clean outs, which would be cheaper. They were unable to open, so they went ahead and removed the toilet and camera the line.

It was a small root and a lot of toilet paper so they use the Jetter to clean everything.

They cleaned up all the poop from the backflow of the toilet into the bathtub and they took their time to explain what was going on as they worked.

Looks like they did an excellent job!
