I am hesitant to write a review because I think this company is a hidden gem that I want to keep to myself. After being frustrated by several electricians lack of availability, pricing, and overall customer service, I finally put my project out on a website that connects you with electricians. Cisco Electric contacted me within an hour of my request. Frankie couldn't get out for an in-home estimate for weeks so he took a lot of time on the phone listening to project details, answering questions, and providing information due to my rushed timeline. He spent even more time via email answering more questions. Within a week, Nick came out to my home and completed the project. He was personable, pleasant to have around, & talked through what he was doing so I understood. There was one small problem afterwards and Nick came back out the very next morning to fix it. I am pleased to have been connected with Frankie and his team. I received exceptional customer service and was able to get scheduled fast....all for an affordable price! I would use them again for future projects.

Did a wonderful job! Was efficient and worked to troubleshoot the problem quickly. Once it was determined that new fixtures were required, worked on installing a ceiling fan while I went and purchased the new fixtures. Tried to save me money while also doing the job correctly. Will use them again if needed and will recommend to friends.

Noel came to my client's home on time and with a great attitude. He presented reasonable options and did the work well and efficiently. He interacted graciously with my client, her son and their pets. He was cheerful and did his job well. I'd hire Cisco again in a heartbeat,

Frankie was recommended to us through a trusted friend (general contractor) several years ago to work on our West Seattle brick house that had outdated wiring. We have chipped away at our projects over the years and have hired him with success every time. Most recently he rewired our last few knob and tube outlets and fixtures while we were away on vacation and left the place spotless and worked judiciously to minimize the amount of drywall and painting work (and came in under budget). Cisco just completed a job for our neighbor who had only good things to say.

We had an issue with some newly installed hardware in our house that caused our circuit connected to our furnace to trip continually. Frankie (owner of Cisco) heard our problem (no furnace in the winter!) and came himself right away as he didn’t have anyone else free right at that moment. He figured out the problem and a reasonable and efficient solution quickly so that we were up and running again with heat. I was very grateful for him coming through in a pinch like that. We have additional work to be done and we definitely plan to use Cisco for it!

Update: we had the additional work done and are still just as happy with our experience with Cisco Electric.

We've used Cisco for about four projects and one electrical repair over the past couple of years and they've been outstanding. Competitive pricing and very professional, attentive, and efficient staff. They've helped us install recessed led lighting, pendant lighting, new switches, bathroom fans, and new breaker in our Condo and everything's been beyond great. Thank you, Cisco!

We had Cisco update the wiring in our attic from the old knob and tube to modern and code compliant.
Frankie was easy to communicate with, timely, set proper expectations, did great work, checked and tested everything afterwards, and cleaned up leaving things better than he found them. Is there anything more you could want in an electrician? Or anyone working on your house for that matter?

Can't say enough about Cisco Electric. Their electrician Noel was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely hard working. He completed a number of tasks (ie; outlets, ceiling exhaust fan,

First-class service from start to finish. I knew I had some pretty severe sewer problems and had some anxiety going into the process of figuring out how to get them fixed. Called Sewer Friendly based on a recommendation from a neighbor and was able to set up an estimate right away. Rick was prompt and friendly and provided a detailed and honest assessment of the work that would need to be done—he helped me understand what was wrong and what my options were on the spot. I decided to have the line hydro-jetted by Cameron and Greg who provided further information about next steps and soon after I had a competitive estimate. I decided to go with Sewer Friendly based on these positive interactions and very glad I did. The extensive work that then needed to be done was completed by crew manager Robert and the crew of Massa and Triston, and I’m guessing that these guys are the best in the business. It turns out there was severe blockage throughout the line and the work had to be done in tight spaces near a close neighbor and busy city streets, but Robert’s clear and frequent communication at every step of the process reassured me that professionals who had my best interests in mind were on the job. It took a few days and Robert and the crew were friendly and hard-working throughout; plus, the work was actually finished sooner than I thought it would be. These are the folks to call for professionalism, honesty, integrity, and high-quality work. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had a sewer pipe broken in multiple places and a clogged vent stack. At first only the sewer pipe issue was clear, but once it was repaired the other issue presented itself. While other companies could not get us on their schedule for weeks or even provide us a rough cost estimate, Sewer Friendly was able to help us out immediately. Elliott in the office was very quick to respond to our questions and provide us with clear work statements and prices as the scope of the work changed. The two crews consisting of just Rick and also Joe, Cameron, and Devon were friendly, worked quickly and with good quality. It was clear they wanted to get our problem solved, and they took pride in their work. While we hope to not have to do more sewer work in the near future, Sewer Friendly will be the first company we call if we do.

My experience with Sewer Friendly was wonderful from start to finish! After having two other companies come out and give us extremely high bids for removing a big root from our sewer line (without explaining anything!), I was SO appreciative that Tyler took the time to explain the layout of our sewer line and what was actually necessary to fix the problem. When Tyler and Jason came back the following week to do the hydrojetting, they were friendly, respectful, punctual, and professional. Jamie in the office was also super friendly and helpful over the phone when it came to scheduling and payments.

As a first-time homeowner, I found it really difficult to know who to trust and whether or not people were offering a fair price. With Sewer Friendly, I felt like I actually LEARNED about our sewer line and how things work, and was able to make an informed and empowered decision. Over-the-phone quote from Sheree for the work I described in detail was accurate and competitive. (All of the big name companies I called refused to give me even a ballpark estimate over the phone, even though I described the work in detail. They all said they would have to send someone to provide a free quote. "Policy!" they all said! "Hmmmmm ... Conspiracy?")

Shane from Sewer Friendly arrived early. He was friendly and professional, and answered all of my questions. He completed the hydro-jetting in the estimated time, and the after-work video showed the excellent work he had done. I will never use another sewer company! Ever! Thank you Shane!

The Sewer Friendly team of Kevin, Adam & Tyler did an amazing job diagnosing the issue we have been having with our sewer line. They replaced the entire sewer line (pipe bursting) and great concrete work to patch what had to be removed. A very professional and efficient work crew. Their rates were better than most other bids we also received. I would easily recommend their services.

The process of repairing our sewer line was seamless from start to finish. Nina, an office employee was readily available to promptly answer our questions regarding scheduling, the work contract and questions related to the repair process. Crew members showed up as scheduled and detailed estimates were provided before work began. Alexis and Marco were on site to excavate the 10 foot deep hole needed to access the sewer pipe. They expertly removed a root in excess of 7 feet long that had broken the pipe. Landscaping in our front yard was minimally disturbed during the repair work.
