Did I tell you how FRICKEN AWESOME the crew at Treats is? It's a place that actually answers their phone with live friendly people! Everyone there are experts in what they do, and are happy to work with you! The techs are stellar, quality, and fast! Everything about their operation is exactly what you want it to be. I desperately needed a new furnace, and within just a few days its in, our place is warm and toasty, and Treats made it happen. I could go on. I'm not related to anyone there, they don't pay me to share my experience, but you should know how good they are to do biz with. They are ☆☆☆☆☆ Great!

Our heating stopped working and we couldn't figure out why. We have two little kids so heat is a necessity. I have been able to repair it in the past but not this time. Treats was able to get somebody out the next day to take a look. Johnny the tech came out and was able to diagnose then fix the issue. He was very respectful and explained the issues and how he would need to fix it.
I knew that I could trust him to fix the problem. He was able to get it fixed and advised me on what else I could do myself to make sure everything stayed operating. Thank you to to Treats for not only responding quickly but getting my problem fixed. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.

What a great experience! Everyone my husband and I interacted with from start to finish was professional, friendly, helpful, and timely. The overall cost was similar to other places, but for a much better quality system and better service. They care about ensuring everything is done correctly and that the customer knows they're valued. I highly recommend Treats for any heating and cooling needs!

We used Treat's for our ductless mini split heat pump installation and very pleased with all aspects of the purchase and install. Bill was very informative and knowledgeable and quickly available to answer our questions. Chris and his team were timely and professional. Highly recommend.

We had Johnny come out for an annual check up of our hvac system and he was SO wonderful. He was an absolute delight in assisting my grandmother with the ins and outs of working her system. He was incredibly patient and kind. A true southern gentleman with a kind and honest heart. He was so reassuring and knowledgeable, my grandma requested she always have him assigned to her check ups. Top notch service. Got scheduled for a next day service to repair a propane furnace and the service tech arrived on time and called with an ETA when he was on his way. Super helpful and friendly technician made sure to show me exactly what was up with our furnace and was happy to let me bug him with questions and watch over his shoulder. We've had Treat's out to our home twice now and have been super happy with the service.

Treats did great service on my air conditioning unit. Their service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff was helpful and responded quickly and kept we well informed. I appreciate the thorough job Treat's did in helping get my air conditioning up and running during this very hot summer. Their charges for service were more than fair.

Very impressed by this company! We had 4 companies come out to give us a quote for AC install/new furnace and Treat's was unbeatable in all areas: professionalism, price, knowledge and customer service. Not only were they great about getting in touch to let us know they were headed out, they left our house spotless. The install was clean and looks great! Thanks to Jodie (and the office gals), Dan, Chris and Juan.

I signed up for their maintenance program and Johnny came out to go over the whole system. He explained everything to me and was very thorough. We're set for another year! Thank you!

Terrible Customer Service.

We have been trying to get a response from management for over 6 months for an incorrect installation of an air conditioning unit.

There were two issues regarding this installation:

1) The condensation unit was tilted forward out of spec which resulted in condensation dripping out of the front of the unit into the 2nd floor ceiling from the attic. This caused drywall damage in our new home. We called multiple times regarding this issue, which there was a lack of response, no solutions provided and no follow up after 2 technicians came out to survey the damage on 2 separate occasions.

2) In addition, the ducting from the AC unit wasn't installed correctly, which had a 1/2" gap, which allowed moisture and condensation to escape into the attic instead of cooling our home.

We are local to the area and have worked with Treats at multiple homes, however we will be looking for alternative options moving forward for our heating and cooling needs.

Treats is legit. I would recommend them to everyone who needs work on their furnace/AC. They are honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. Their tech took the time to answer all my questions and troubleshoot all aspects of my furnace. Additionally, their prices are reasonable and fair.

I’ve had a pretty varied experience with Treat’s and due to my rating I feel like I need to address the different aspects of my experience.

For context I got a multi unit mini split system installed back in January. I had a so-so experience with outside sales, but eventually got it sorted. Bill was reasonable to deal with for the most part.

My experience with the installers was probably the best of all my interactions, although they did not connect the drain properly to one of the units and it leaked all over my brand new floor and newly painted wall, so that’s pretty disappointing.

My gripe with Treat’s is really with the front office. I have dealt with them on several situations in terms of scheduling maintenance and with their electrical coordinator. On both occasions I found the folks cold, apathetic and at times very argumentative. The general customer experience ethos could use some work before I would consider using them again or recommending them to friends and family.

Treat's replaced our 2 HVAC systems 7 years ago with Carrier devices, and we've continued with their annual service ever since. The original installation couldn't have gone smoother from the initial planning and quotation stage orchestrated by customer representative Jody...right up to the final installation team's perfect performance in completing the project. The continuing annual service has been most reassuring that we went with the right firm, particularly with the expertise, business acumen, and communication skill Service Manager Dan brings to the table. He's simply 1st rate! Thanks for all you do to keep us warm and cool throughout the year.

Treat’s Heating & Cooling designed and installed all the components that are required to heat and cool our 9000 square feet church building. Very challenging and complicated project. We are very pleased with their performance and quality of workmanship. I definitely recommend them for any project, big and small. It was a pleasure working with them.

Treats has been taking care of our heat pump and furnace for several years. The technicians are able to explain what they are doing to service our equipment and also let us know about any problems there might be. They are friendly and professional. We highly recommend this business.

2025 Review...I once again can't express how great this company is. My furnace finally died :( I now live in the Netherlands and my sister and her family live in my house. I received another estimate from a company and I am not kidding...it was MORE than 3 times the quote I received from Treats amd they were pushy amd massively upselling. So of course, I told them to call Treats. They came out, thoroughly inspected the furnace, was honest and quick. New furnance installed in less than a week from the time they were initially called. Even though I am out of the country, theywere easy to communicate with and I was able to pay via a link online. Highly recommend.

2022 Review.....Treats is AMAZING! I read a ton of reviews last year when we bought our house and wanted to install AC and decided to go with them. I am soooo happy I did. They were honest! How do I know this??? I received several estimates and they were all over the place. I had another company walk in to my garage and BEFORE they even walk to my furnace....started talking about how old it was and needed to be replaced. When Treats showed up, they thoroughly inspected it before making recommendations. We have used them since then for maintenance and they are awesome. Flexible, show up on time and continue to be honest!

I first had Treats Heating replace my furnace control board in August 2021, which cost $724.46. Fast forward to January 2022, and my furnace stopped working. I reached out to Treats Heating, and they sent a technician who determined that my igniter was burnt out. I was given the part recommendation and replaced it myself.

By 2023, the same issue happened again, so I replaced the igniter once more. However, by April 2024, I noticed a strong propane smell every time the furnace ran. I called Treats Heating again, and their technician couldn't find a leak. I followed their advice and had my propane company inspect the house, but they found nothing either. Despite being concerned, I didn’t run the furnace much, and it eventually stopped working altogether.

Frustrated, I had my cousin, who is a furnace technician, come over to diagnose the issue. He discovered that both the igniter and control board were faulty and explained that when Treats Heating replaced the control board, the igniter should have been replaced as well to ensure compatibility. When I shared this with Treats Heating, the response I received was not helpful, and I was again met with dismissive customer service. I was told that because I allowed someone else to diagnose the furnace, any potential warranty was void, and that I’d have to pay for another technician visit. At this point, I felt unheard and brushed aside, especially after having spent over $700 just a couple of years earlier on a new control board.

I then called a new company, Able Air Heating & Cooling, who immediately found the issue—a gas leak—and replaced the faulty parts. Now my furnace and heat pump are working properly.

While I don’t often write reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. It’s disappointing that Treats Heating didn’t listen to my concerns and that I was treated with frustration rather than understanding. I’ve found a new company that made me feel heard, and I’ll be taking my future business to them. If the owner of Treats Heating wants to reach out to hear my side of the story, I’d be open to that.

Our AC quit working just a few days back. Daniel came out and diagnosed it. Didnt try and upsell anything. Just a quick easy fix at what I felt was a reasonable price. We do our best to use businesses in town and service like this will keep us doing that.

Whenever I have had a problem they are usually able to get a person out within the next day to fix my problem. They are a knowledgeable and decently priced option if you need furnace work or repairs done. I highly recommend them!
