Jack Nichols did an outstanding job putting in my generator. He explained to me how it would work and did a wonderful job all around. He was very personable. CM Heating is lucky to have him as an employee.

I’ve never had a bad experience with CM Heating and today was no different. Keegan and Joseph were very friendly and professional, right on time, and they were great with my kids and dog, and I felt comfortable with them in my home. They did a great job cleaning out the vents with little to no disruption to our morning routine . They were done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend CM Heating to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Hagen was amazing!! Walked me through my furnace. Showed me what needed to be cleaned and what needed to be replaced. Also shout out to Aaron service manager for sending Hagen out to go over the 4 things I was quoted needed to be replaced. We've never had our furnace cleaned or inspected before. My husband chose CM Heating. They sent us a maintenence guy who was new in this position. After going through our furnace he quoted us over $4000 in repairs. Aaron called later that afternoon said that it sounded too high for our 13 yr old furnace and sent us Hagen. Ended up the blower blades needed cleaning and a part that was out of range needed replacing, all for under $1000. If I could give you 10 🌟 I would!!! Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!

Had our water heater assessed. Have to get a new water heater installed, but we feel it's through a good company and they'll do the work tomorrow! Thank you Richard for being honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and funny!

Outstanding service from Zachary McMurphy with CM Heating.

Zach was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. He notified me that he would show up earlier than expected , quickly diagnosed the issue with my gas heater, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for making sure the job was done right really stood out.

He went above and beyond, checking safety measures, optimizing performance, and making sure everything was running perfectly before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

If you ever need HVAC service, I highly recommend asking for Zachary McMurphy with CM Heating. He’s knowledgeable, courteous, and truly represents what great customer service should look like.

Our very elderly furnace quit on one of our coldest days. We went 3 days and called CM Heating. They were a delight on the phone and sent out a tech today (Younis Abdel-Kader). I was at work, but, my husband said he was timely, professional and told us the not-so-great news..he could fix this old beast for around $1500. We decided to look at options, so, the company (just a couple of hours later) sent Chester Granard for consult. My husband, again, really appreciated the information and said BOTH experiences today were great. We’re not sure what we’re going to do, but, we definitely will call CM Heating when we’re ready! Daniel H. did an amazing job fixing my utility sink! He was professional, honest, and affordable, which made the whole process stress-free. Installation Team was Melvin, Saul and electrician was Josh? The team was outstanding, I'm so impressed with CM Heating, on time, efficient, clean-up, took the time to explain everything so well, and provided great information to utilize the benefits of my fan on my furnace to support air movement if I choose to compliment the new split system installed today. Melvin even discovered my current furnace thermostat was not running in fan mode, so he installed a current thermostat that made everything work properly. The team was so professional and kind. Josh was here to help me learn and understand the remote, I thought it was not reading the temp as if it was a thermostat. I understand now that the sensor is on the unit and the settings were explained and I am so happy I get it now. Josh was so good about explaining and helped me understand. Arrived on time and called ahead. Able to get a quick estimate for a few different options and present a clear plan to get my heater ordered + fixed. Quote seemed fair. Will update once installed!

Alex was a true professional. He carefully put covers on his shoes each time he came and went out of the house, he patiently listened to my questions (I had quite a few) and appeared quite knowledgeable when answering them. He did a very thorough job when cleaning the air handler in our basement and cleaning the condenser on the side of the house. He was excellent when dealing with our overly friendly dog.

Robby showed up prepared and ready to install my new bathroom exhaust fan/light and switches. He was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. And he cleaned up when the project was finished! It was a great experience. At first I thought the total price was a bit high, but I've checked around and, considering it took about three hours of labor, found the price reasonable.

What a wonderful experience. We have been suffering with a propane fireplace that didn't produce very much heat. I tried to fix it myself, but didn't have any success.
Called C&M and had an appointment within a few days. Austin arrived exactly at the appointed time and got right to work. Within an hour, he had the fireplace spotless with a beautiful flame. The fireplace has never worked that well.
I am one happy customer!

I had our electric furnace and heat pump serviced by CM today and I was really impressed with them. Zachary came out and was really nice and knowledgeable and did a really thorough job of inspecting the system and both units. There was one repair that he suggested and he explained everything really well and showed me the part that needed to be replaced and how it was malfunctioning. The invoice they emailed me right afterwards included 23 photos of everything he looked at and inspected! Above and beyond! Additionally, when I called to schedule this appointment, the office was so friendly and helpful! I definitely plan on using them to maintain our HVAC system in the future.

Davis is an exceptionally experienced HVAC provider, very knowledgeable and willing to educate an inexperienced home owner.

The instal guys were exactly what you hope for as a home owner! Professional, skilled, clean, very well presented and overtly pleasant. 1 day install and you couldn’t tell they were here, except the house is way more comfortable! Thomas came out promptly the next morning to replace a “get us going” fuse. The one that was needed was not available at the time of install.

The whole thing from the first meeting with Davis to post install follow up was top notch!

Dan and Nikko were extremely knowledgeable and friendly! As a new homeowner, it was really great to have folks willing to explain what they were seeing and options for moving forward with our furnace and fireplace.

Ethan King was absolutely amazing. First of all we always love fellow shepherd owners but more importantly, he was very fast and extremely educated. He was able to put in the new transformer that day and get our furnace up and running. He also explained everything in amazing detail so I could understand (not just my husband who is handy). Absolutely would recommend him to anyone locally! C&M has been our go to company since we bought our house!

A final follow up review for CM heating. My previous reviews covered the initial service technician visit and the sales team visit when we selected the right new furnace for our house. The installation team arrived on time on Saturday afternoon, just 48 hours after our initial call for the service appointment. They were friendly and professional--just a pleasure to work with. After we showed them into the mechanical room and the electrical panel, we took the dogs on a long walk so we'd all be out of the way. We returned 1.5 hours later to find that the work was just about finished. The new furnace looks great and is so far working as expected. I highly recommend CM heating. They are knowledgeable, considerate, detail-oriented, and there is absolutely no upselling pressure. We paid less than we expected and are happy with the results. Save yourself some time and just call them first!
