CM Heating did such an amazing job installing our new heat pump. They were quick, paid attention to detail, and arrived on time. All the technicians were super friendly and professional. I was already recommended to use them from someone else and I would recommend them to anyone. They did an excellent job and our heating and overall air equality between rooms has vastly improved (our house was built in 1924 and the heating was already in need of replacement).

We haven't been able to properly test our cooling system since it's the middle of December but the installation of the lines came through easily and from the outside they look very clean and kept together. 10/10!

We had a great experience with Hagen from CM Heating. He came out on a Saturday and couldn’t have been more respectful or friendly. He clearly knows his stuff and walked me through his thought process as he checked everything out, which I really appreciated and I learned quite a bit. Once he tracked down the issue, he was able to fix it the same day. He was thorough, took his time, and left the area clean when he was done. Overall, he’s an excellent representative of CM Heating and we’d happily work with him again.

All along CM heating has been very professional. Younis was an excellent representative and answered all my questions. He was polite, efficient, and clean. I can highly recommend CM and their technicians.

Had our new Midea Heat Pump installed today! Everything went smoothly and we are now ready for summer to begin! This will be a game changer moving away from our old forced air electric furnace.

Aaron Johnson from CM heating came out to my house to install a transformer that a previous tech from the company said that I needed. He was extremely diligent and thorough in his entire approach, and in following customary protocals and processes for installing a transformer. He was here for several hours, at nearly the end of his visit, he went to check the thermostat and found out it was defective! After reviewing the device, he said that there was nothing wrong with the transformer that I do not need to replace it. Its the thermostat that needs to be replaced. He said he had a touch screen .model, back at his office 10 minutes away, that he could go and get to replace it with, and that it would be the same price as the transformer. I was relieved that he was willing to go and get the thermostat that I wanted, and was willing to stay until the job was completed. I have not had any heat in the house for over a month, and we were freezing inside the house, trying to troubleshoot the problem, but not finding any answers. Thank God for Aaron, he saved the day, and restored our heat again, and made our house a warm home, instead of an igloo in sub-freezing temperatures. We were sleeping in heavy winter coats, piled high with multiple blankets! It was pretty ridiculous what we endured while we had no heat! If you are having any problems with heat--call CM Heating, they go above and beyond to make the customers their number 1 priority , and will get the job done, no matter how long it takes! Service, dedication, hard work, integrity and value is what you will receive from CM Heating. I highly recommend them!

Cheryl and I invited CM Heating to our home for a consultation on a new Hvac system, Trevor Bohm came and gave us a consultation, he showed us our options, and he was upfront with costs. We immediately were informed that we were qualified for financing. The ladies answering our calls, have been very nice, knowledgeable and very good about the message to the right department. Justin Hardman and Jakob were kind courteous respectful of our home, they explained the process and gave us the feeling that things were going to go smoothly. Good install and their housekeeping was great. Jack Nichols arrived to do the electrical work, he explained and answered questions with ease and confidence, he was in and out. Our install was completed in 1 day, just as they said it, would be. Keegan and Christian arrived to clean and take pictures of the ductwork and they showed us the before and after pictures, great job guys. Zachary arrived to do some work on the unit, nice job. Inspector came and checked out the work and he was pleased with the install of the heat pump and furnace. Joseph was scheduled to come out and do some follow-up work with the new thermostat and change out a part, Joseph was nice and explained what he was doing and helped me to better understand the newly updated thermostat. Tim Johanson from construction services arrived to install a new door for the furnace, he did a great job and his housekeeping was great. Brandon arrived at our home to remove some bugs in the system, we are happy with our American Standard system and we want to thank everyone involved for your time and patience with us and we're grateful for your kindness, professionalism and respect. Their commercial is correct, there is no beating CM Heating!

Great and efficient service. Very honest and professional. Very happy with just replacing a carbide ignitor cracking the same day for $440 instead of replacing the whole gas furnace which may costs thousands and complication. Hunter and Tyler from CM Heating did an excellent job installing our new furnace. They were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and completed the installation efficiently. The work area was left clean, which we really appreciated. We’re very happy with the service and would highly recommend CM Heating, especially Hunter and Tyler, for furnace installation or HVAC work.

Jay was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job of explaining my options without being overly pushy or trying to upsell me. He listened to what we were looking for and provided a bid that met my needs. He took the time to explain our system and answer all our questions. He was also very friendly with our child and took the time to let our child share about his newest Roblox character. It was the end of the day on Friday, and I'm sure Jay has a family to get to, but he took his time and was patient with our son's questions and random information sharing. Lol! Thanks, Jay!

Kyle came out as requested for a bid on a new heater and heat pump. He was on time, well prepared, professional, through, and very pleasant. As a retired sales manager, he performed as I would've expected my best salesperson to perform. Excellent.

Davis came to my home to give me an estimate for a new HVAC system. He was very professional yet personable. After doing a thorough inspection inside and out and listening to my concerns re budget, he explained what he believes was my best option after figuring in all the discounts available. I appreciated his suggestions and his companies great reputation.

Office staff was great when I called, answered all my questions and set up an appointment easily. Technician was super polite and arrived right on time. Diagnostics were perfectly in line with the issues suspected, he was able to answer my questions clearly, and while the result being my furnace is EOL isn't a reason to jump for joy, I was confident in the assessment as it was clearly presented.
CM offered to book a unit replacement consultation the same day, and when I requested the next day so my spouse could participate in the decision, they were more than happy to accommodate with no issue. Great experience so far, would recommend them easily.

Damaged water main replacement. Will likely update after the work is fully done. Mario was tops - broke the news as gently as he could (no one is calling a plumber and expecting their wallet to come away unscathed). Very thorough - explained the process and the hurdles in terms this techie could grasp. Gave us honest estimates regarding duration and cost. Recommended by our realtor, and we would recommend as well.

I just had the unfortunate situation of a broken down furnace that was 35 years old. I had a lot of recommendations, and many were for CM Heating. I called them and unfortunately my furnace was too old to repair. Fortunately, they sent out Amber, their newest sales person and she was incredibly kind and patient regarding all my questions and gave me an incredible deal. They actually were able to come out the next day and install the furnace. Both Tony and Hunter were so kind to my little dog while they were here. Honestly, I could not have asked for a more efficient company, kinder people or a better price. Thank you so much Amber you are amazing.

Davis was awesome, he took time to fully answer all of my questions and concerns. He was on time, Professional and pleasant. The install crew - Josh, Christian and Doroteo were friendly, professional and meticulous in the install of our new mini split AC system and plumbing the gas line for the dryer. Very satisfied with the work and the cleanup! I will enthusiastically recommend CM to everyone I know!

Brandon visited to do our yearly maintenance and we appreciate his thoroughness. He explained not only what he was doing, but why, as well as signs we should watch out for that may prevent costlier issues down the line.
