I am very please with the great service I received by Apollo Plumbing. I had a bit of an emergency and Apollo was quick to respond. Both technician (Jordon and Kallista) were very helpful and friendly. Thanks Apollo Plumbing for making a unfortunate situation a smooth and easy solution!

Carlos from Apollo Plumbing was the absolute best. He was straightforward, tenacious, and went over and above for my father’s benefit. If you need plumbing help Carlos and Apollo Plumbing should be your first and last call.

Apollo was very quick to respond to my plumbing issue, and get to the root of the problem. It ended up being a larger issue and they were able to begin work the next day. They were very knowledgeable, professional and the work is very clean. Highly recommend their services.

A big thumbs up for Apollo Plumbing. I had a back up problem in the downstairs bathroom. Anyway it was a broken sewer pipe. Jordan was the main plumber he did a fantastic job! My house was built in 1910, the pipes were terrible on top of that the bathroom was not put in properly. So Jordan worked continously for hours Jordan kept me posted with pictures of the problems as they arose, Jordan called his supervisor to get opinions when needed. Such an ordeal but Jordan persevered till it was complete. A shout out to his apprentice Sergio, Supervisor Geoff and Collin who got the ball rolling. 👏

My hot water tank was dripping and the Apollo technician came out to estimate the cost of replacing the hot water heater. He then tested the outside water valves and said that I needed a pressure relief valve per Washington state law and it would cost $1900 plus the cost of a water heater at $4000 +++!!! I told him not a chance in hell and called a coworker that had it done by a legitimate company, not a handyman as the Appolo tech said it was, but a legitimate company for $2300 including the pressure relief valve! Watch out for these guys!

We had sewage coming up through our yard and our shower so I called Apollo plumbing and within 12 hours, I had service at my house.. Geoff My technician was incredibly efficient, transparent, helpful, courteous, and hard-working. I appreciate all the effort and the several hours spent trying to clear our clogged sewer pipe.

Carlos came out to assess the situation and clearly explained what work needed to be done. The next day Jordan came out to do the repairs necessary to fix my problem. The work got done a little bit faster than anticipated and Jordan called the office and was able to get me a substantial discount on the job. Giving four stars because even with the discount the price seemed a little high, but overall I was happy with the service. Everyone was very friendly.

I had a sewage blockage on the weekend. Collin came out and did all he could. The city will have to take care of this one. I was given some great advice and information. I would definitely call these guys again.

It was nice to have a woman respond to my request for a plumber. She was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and considerate. Cost was a little pricey. She gave me three options to choose from and did a good job.

We needed to have a toilet re-set. The service technician (Kallista) arrived right on time, was professional, gave us several solution options, and got to work. We received updates along the way. We really appreciated the attention to detail, cleanliness, and execution of work. Nice to work with this company. Great experience!

Geoff was phenomenal and really saved us today! Our water heater was leaking and he was able to respond so quickly and replaced our water heater in less than 2 hours. Even our dog adored him! Thank you so much so saving us right before Christmas!

Quick response to replace failed expansion tank. Provided options for full hot water heater replacement but no pressure, just the options and future necessity. Quick and friendly and explained the process. Kallista and Colin did a great job!

Sheldon was awsome!
Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very efficient.
He kept things neat and cleaned up from a very messy water leak in an overhead water pipe.
He located the leak very quickly and had all the supplies he needed to effect the repairs in his truck.
He was so efficient, we asked about replacing a our kitchen faucet and garbage disposal since he was already on site.
He took care of our request without hesitation.
Our experience was so pleasant and easy we'll call Apollo and ask foe Sheldon specifically if need plumbing assistance again.

Update: they promised to call back to resolve the issue but it’s been three weeks without any update. I would caution other consumers from believing these reviews and wonder if they are bot generated since Traci from the office said I would get a call back but there has been no response.

Review: Recommended installation that was unnecessary, cut the wrong wires to the pump and took away the better quality pump, did not know how to reconnect the wires and left it plugged into an exernal outlet and refused do solve the issue and demanded payment nevertheless

Big shout out to Apollo, Geoff, and Sheldon. They saved me from a terrible time this past Sunday. I was trying to install a hose bidet on my upstairs toilet, but the connector line was so corroded that it broke off from the valve when I tried to attach it to the bidet connector (Valve and line were all one piece). Ok, so now I'm thinking that I just have to buy a new valve and connecting line, then install it, easy enough right? Well, no, it was not easy. :(

Three wrench-twisting hours later, I'm covered in toilet water, crying, the valve is now leaking and filling up a small pan every 10-15 minutes. I called a few emergency plumbing services and nobody had technicians available, but luckily Apollo did. Geoff and Sheldon were at my house in about 40 minutes. They were wonderful, personable, and professional, and finished the job within an hour or so (and also helped me install the bidet!). They also checked all the other valves in the home, as well as our water pressure to make sure everything was safe. The pricing was straightforward and reasonable, and we'll likely be asking them to come back to replace the rest of the toilet valves in the house. Anyway, all the flowers to these guys, don't let your hubris get the best of you like I did. But if it does, definitely call them.

Nolan was great performing service for our tankless water heater. He was honest to tell us the flushing the tankless is not rocket science and we can do it of a DIY. He also gave me some good tip to do it properly!

Had a clogged kitchen sink. Colin was very professional and courteous. I still require masks in my home and he didn’t give me any attitude about it, which I really appreciated! He trouble-shooted and offered options. After hearing our concerns for cost, he came up with the best option for us financially and it was successful! Thank you Colin, well done👍🏻

We called Apollo for a clogged sewer line and Geoff and Aidan arrived within an hour. They were quick, knowledgeable, friendly and had the issue resolved quickly. We received a detailed summary and invoice with photos. Great company and we were able to get it done for the $83 or free deal.

Company. This is the first time I have used them. They were extremely responsive to my emergency with a backed up sewer and Geoff was great with communicating the issue and what it would take to resolve the problem. I am happy and would recommend the company.
