Priced quoted was double cost of a competitors quote and they kept trying to upsell me on items. Quoted me $700 for drain line clog, when they advertise $83 on their website.

Called out Apollo for a partially clogged washer drain line. Almost immediately the technician started looking for other problems to upsell me on. Starts asking about other plumbing fixtures, ask when hot water heater was last serviced, and if he can do a home inspection. He did take a look in the crawlspace, which I appreciate, b/c I know some technicians just won't go into a crawl space.

He then quoted me $6000 to replace drain line. Two other companies quoted me $2800 & $3000, for the same work. When I told him I just wanted to cable the line to declog, he told me it would be $700. They advertise clean outs for $83 online. I realize that may not apply to all cases, but to be almost 10 times as much is ridiculous.

He did give me, what I believe, was his honest opinions on alternative opinions, and he didn't try to upsell on hydroflushing, b/c he didn't think it was the better option. So I appreciate that. It makes me think the overcharging and upselling are an issue the company as a whole and not this particular technician. I'd use a different plumbing service. L

Still had to pay the $108 service few. Which they fail to tell you at any point. He drove up from an hour away, so I don't mind paying a service fee, but they should notify you beforehand. Again, seems like an issue with the way the company is run. Not every plumbing companies charges a service fee, if no work is done. And those that do, often, will tell you ahead of time.

Work of art! I never thought I would get satisfaction in admiring the craft of an expert plumber who installed a hot water tank and repaired a pipe leak. But here in am, taking photos and sending them to my dad. Very polite and professional as well. Thank you.

Good thorough diagnosis and analysis by Colin. This was just initial review and we haven't gotten any significant work done via them. But certainly seem super professional and systematic. Would love to go to them for any plumbing needs.

Henry was professional and not only fixed our immediate problem, but also showed us how to not have the same problems in the future. Our older house and lots of stairs is challenging. We have cast iron pipes that were clogged solid and Henry went way above and beyond in order to get them really clean. He kept an upbeat attitude the whole time.

Great experience! The technician, Devin, diagnosed the problem and put together a quote fast with lots of helpful information. I’m renting and needed information to move forward with a plan with the owner of the building. I also requested an early appointment window because I had work in the afternoon and Apollo plumbing made that happen.

I turned the water off to my house on a Sunday mid-afternoon, and it didn't come back on. Kallista and Apollo Plumbing were amazing in how quickly they got to the house, diagnosed and then fixed the problem. The time from initial call to completed repair was 2 1/2 hours. On a Sunday afternoon/evening. And Kallista was SO nice and easy to understand! Great experience overall!

First off, Kallista showed up to my home much quicker than I was originally told. She was very professional and clearly knowledgeable of her job. She immediately corrected an obvious problem and then patiently explained what the next steps would be. Kallista was able to put me at ease with my issue which I was very impressed by.
I highly recommend Apollo to anyone having plumbing issues, but I was more impressed by their ability to take care of an emergent situation calmly and effectively on a rainy Sunday.

We love that this great company is privately owned, so employees truly have the opportunity to do an excellent job for clients! Our plumber, Nolan, has done a series of stellar upgrade jobs at our house and has hit a home run during each visit. His quality and care are second to none! It’s nice that Nolan has an eye for upgrades to prevent issues down the road. This sage professional has a depth that truly makes a difference in the community.

I give Carlos a 5 Star Review! He was knowledgeable, kind and patient..we had a blockage in the pipes at the Alderwood Mall. He was able to track where it was coming from and it ended up being from the outside. He had to even call his company for the hydrojet. It was a long extensive job. He was with me for over 5hrs. Carlos is amazing. Best plumber that I’ve ever done business with. Apollo Plumbing is amazing. I’ll always call them first! Nice work Carlos!

Geoff explained everything from the start nothing hidden. Diagnosis on the disposal which was bad stated what the cost would be I agreed and he installed it. Was friendly knowledgeable did a great job. Definitely would use again.

Geoff did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable and confident in his assessment. He quickly fixed the immediate issue and then offered options for a more extensive repair. I appreciate his expertise and kindness. Of note as well, Apollo was able to dispatch someone within 24 hours which was very appreciated as I was anxious to know the cause of the issue. I would use Apollo again without question!

He was amazing! He took the time to educate us on everything that was going on with our plumbing! We even got to see scope of our pipes! He was so kind and helpful despite our plumbing circumstances especially around the holidays! He was very honest with us on options and what made the most sense for us. Apollo was able to schedule a technician for the next day. Jordan showed up and was very pleasant and friendly, as well as respectful of our home by wearing shoe slippers and being careful with his equipment. He worked very hard on opening our clogged kitchen sink pipes. Worst clog he’s seen. He stayed focused and persistent and got the job done. A lot of soap scum! I didn’t realize soap could build up like it did. Thank you so much, Jordan!

Devin was the MVP, he came an hour after we called at 6pm on a Sunday for an emergency leak from our water heater that flooded our bottom floor. They asked what size the water heater was and he brought one with him! He was fast, efficient, super friendly, and did great work. We will definitely be loyal to him going forward.

He responded promptly and conducted a thorough evaluation of our water heater leak, taking the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. The appointment turnaround was quick, and best of all, we were able to get our water heater replaced immediately. That fast action helped us avoid further damage, which we really appreciated. Kallista did great, very professional and quickly identified our problems and kindly checked throughout our house for leak issues. Very glad we chose Apollo plumbing to help with our leak identification and fix. We were able to get an appointment the very next day so I would consider that a win to get our lead fixed.

We've had an ongoing going issue with our kitchen sink drain. When it was clear that our "DIY" method wasn't going to work we called Apollo. Colin came out (that same day) and ran a camera "snake" down the line and we were stunned by the amount of "sludge" clinging to the walls of the plumbing. It was crazy how clogged it was. He then did a high pressure treatment and knocked off about 98% of the gunk. The rest was breaking up and floating away. He was professional, thorough, and very personable. Would definitely hire this company and this plumber again. Thanks for great service! Not sure what this type of service typically runs, however for the time, care, expertise and quality equipment, it was probably well within reason. We were glad that they could really show us the problem and also show us the "after". Thanks Apollo Plumbing!

We couldn’t be more happy with the amazing job Devin with Apollo Plumbing did along with the fantastic support team at the office. Devin replaced a very tricky water spigot that I tried to replace but just about broke off the copper pipe deep within our crawlspace! Yikes! I’m so glad we called them. They communicated well and everything turned out better than expected. Very satisfied and will definitely call them soon when we replace our water heater!
