We came across Jose and his team at National Restoration last year when our apartment unit was flooded by the actions of a negligent upstairs neighbor.

Recently, my wife and I bought our first home together and unfortunately came across minor plumbing issues which led to some water damage to our kitchen ceiling.

Thankfully, I still had Jose's information saved from before and was able to get a hold of him. Him and his team were on-site within just a few hours and got to work right away.

Within a week Jose and his guys had evaluated the damages, did demo work (kept it as minimal as possible), set up drying equipment, decontaminated the exposed areas, restored the ceiling/drywall, and re-painted the ceiling.

On top of that, he noticed that our shower tile grout had several cracks and was able to re-do that for us as well.

Throughout the entire process Jose was responsive, informative, and made sure keep work moving in a way that adhered to our work schedules. He made a very stressful situation as first time owners much more manageable, and we couldn't have asked for a better team to help us.

While I would never wish for anyone to have plumbing, water, mold, or other issues in their home... if they do, I cannot recommend the National Restoration team enough! You'll be in great hands.

Jose Osuna and his crew of National Restoration Construction, of Tacoma/Federel Way, WA were amazing to work with. They came to our home after a third-party installation of a major kitchen appliances was delivered and installed in our home. The water damage to our carpet, carpet pad, interior wall, and subflooring seemed extensive to us, but they took it in stride. Jose Osuna and his crew, were greet people to deal with. They did an amazing job in evaluating the damage and applying a solution. Our saturated carpet, carpet pad, internal wall and external damages (under the house where the damage was due to water damage) were dealt with and we lived with heaters and industrial blowers. After an amazing, though an exhaustive ptocedure, with the noise, the heaters and fans were removed. The wall was repatched, textured, and repainted. The downside was the noise factor and discomfort. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jose and his crew for future repairs or remodeling project. Thank you!

Jose and his team were awesome! They were the first company to respond to our request when we had a water leak. They arrived on time and were very through during the entire process. They made sure to check on the drying process daily and made sure we knew what was being done at every step. Once the cleaned and dryer out our house they went above and beyond to clean each room, from the floors to the walls and ceiling.
